We went there for our sprinkler system we were installing ourselves. They have higher quality supplies than the box stores have and are a little cheaper. We gave them a list of what was needed. After getting home we noticed they gave us stuff we never used before and more supplies than we needed, but figured we'd have supplies to take back so wasn't really worried about it. When we got done we did have a few other things to return. Got to the store and was told they have a 25% restocking fee. Never once did any of the employees say anything about a restocking fee. It was stated on the BACK of the contract, but who actually reads it. Its a good practice for employees to state this fact, they seem to state everything else on it. So, they charged us the fee for them to put it back on the shelf so they can resell it again. What the f...? Contractors buy here. It's not like the supplies will stay on the shelf for years! And 25% is extremely high. Never again will we go there. Customers beware of Site One in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
