Sent the wrong item and size. You can only email via their site and they take up to 5 days to reply. After repeated attempts finally got a UPS returns label, but after 10 days am still waiting for a refund. They offered a discount and I took up the offer.
The new order was never updated for delivery - I wrote for an update (no other way to communicate with them) but had no response. The amount charged changed and the discount was removed, then reinstated. Then finally they cancelled the order but never communicated why. They have still not answered.
Tip for consumers:
Skechers Customer service is awful - only route is via an online email system. No ticket no created so follow up is difficult. Expect to only get 30-40% of emails answered, and take up to 5-6 days if ever.
I returned some shoes over a week ago, and have had no acknowledgement. I have also emailed them 6 days ago, and have still not had a response, totally disgusting service.
Will not use their online service again.
