Location services are not accurate, mine plotted 11 kms away. By the time I realized it (when the driver was not in the lobby) I told him it plotted to the wrong place and could he leave it where he was so I could come pick it up. He said I'm not delivering there and hung up. Put in help ticket and received call. Rep said she would call the driver and request to either leave it there or bring to me with a promise to call back. I never received a call back or the food. Finally got to eat at 11 pm from a local restaurant (which was 20 *'s and should have went with them to begin with). Submitted another help ticket and was offered a 50% order discount on my skip account. Will not use anyway, burn me once, not twice. Poor customer service.

Skip has refused to refund when they delivered to the wrong person and stole 40$ from me. Customers service refused to refund.

Horrible cusotmer service. Jasdeep cheema was particularly unhelpful and horrible. Placed my order and then immediately requested to cancel it I was denied because the girl I got for customer service was super slow, by the time she got to my request the restaurant wouldn't cancel.

#1 Can't call them, have to use chat to tell the the order they say they delivered didn't make it to me.
#2 They tell me no refunds on alcohol.
#3 I tell them that their delivery driver didn't buzz the apartment or deliver to our door both which are in the delivery instructions. And alcohol means the have to check ID so how was it delivered to the wrong person?
# 4. They tell me since I have a good history the will make an exception and give me a refund.
#5 I ask them why an exception when their driver did not deliver to me. Where is his proof of delivery that every other driver seems to take. They tell me it's an exception because the require the alcohol to be returned to the store for refund. How! They gave it to the wrong person!

Why do they talk to me like they are doing me a favor when they screw up and give my order to someone else?

Every time we order thru Skip, we always have a issue.
Whether, it's doesn't arrive, or the food is completely COLD.
And, the customer support is a Friggen Joke.
Don't use, the hassle is too much.

Today I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes for a 30 minute original wait time, driver was just driving around delivering other orders... Had to reach out to support after 45 minutes.
I canceled my order after 1 hour and a half of waiting, got a full refund for which Ill have to wait 10 business days to get and lost my time and dinner.
This is like the 100th time this has happened (not exaggerating), this is a new practice of the Skip the Dishes family. Over and over again quality of service is declining.
Skip has begun to do multiple deliveries from 1 pick up, or place multiple deliveries on a courier after he/she has accepted the other orders.

Extremely bad service, stay away.
Last order placed today, never again!

I order a Pizza from el Matador and the pizza never arrived. I called the restaurant and they blamed skip the dishes. They should have Sented me another pizza with their own driver and took care of business after with Skip the Dishes.
Restaurants don't take any responsibility at all and I think is not right. They should at least get the phone number of the driver to followup.
Plus Skip the Dishes told me will get a refund in my card after 10 business day's.
They damaged my son and I night plan completely.
Never will order again true this app.

Please don't use this app will never trust this app again. I ordered food but It didn't delivered and then when I chat with the support they said they can't give me refund or credit because I received it before but the truth is it's for very first time I ordered and same thing my friend experienced as well. Like you paid for it they have no respect for your money. Please don't order from here. Unprofessional behaviour of support as well

Waiting 3 hours before the app claimed it had been delivered!

Only thing is, it never came! Had to call, wait on hold to get my money back...

Notice they up charge the menu, charging a dollar more, for certain items...

Skip the dishes is trash!

Stolen money and blocked off from costumer service telling me I could use credits but it was a lie there was no way of getting my money back after that they are criminals and leave deliveries in the snow and out where animals and bugs can get at them they can go suc big fat Santa for all I care fuc you guys and learn to do your job

I'm currently on a shift right now and I've received 3 orders in 3 hours sitting at $21. If you are thinking of becoming a delivery driver for a part time job I highly recommend door dash. Anytime I reach out to skips support team it's an automated response that offers no help. They do not care about you at all. Also there gps tracking is usually incorrect, so the order might say a 4.2km total distance but in reality it's almost double that. Don't work for skip you will lose money and be treated poorly. Hope this helps anyone looking for insight to what it really means to drive for skip.

Wanted a no hassle take out experience. Ordered, cancelled by SKIP, credited my account? Just give me my money back!

I ordered from skip thinking the order was going to take 30 to 45mins and when my order was placed and confirmed it started showing 220mins to be delivered which is absurd. NEVER going to use skip again. I even placed a 20% tip. Ended up getting the order refunded to my card and talked to support which wanted me to wait and they would offer me credits, which would've probably only been a $5 credit.

Why u guys confirm order 2 times I order today both times after 15 mins order canceled wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Terrible customer service, constant issues with orders.

Do not recommend.

The drivers are usually pretty nice though!
