Had a very bad experience with Skrill,
One of their customer accounts scammed me of £120 email *******@gmail.com.
This email address was being used fraudulently to take money and not sending the goods.
This all transpired from an Ebay account holder who stated that there account was broken into, and listed an Iphone which i purchased but never received.
Although i had reported this issue to Action Fraud Cyber crime Skrill don't want to know.( no apology unethical company)
All they state is that i am responsible for the money transfer.
Ok, but to a email account that is being used to fraudulently take peoples hard earned cash.
Be aware you could be sending your money to anyone using this company to scam you, with no chargeback or reverse payment system.
If I could give 5 stars for the worst service experience of my life, this company deserves them! It is not possible to describe the frustration and the pain that requires dealing with them. Unbelievable - non existent - support, problems, technical issues, latencies and back and forth all the time. After 4 days the account is not working, the login is wrong, we are unable to transfer money and you can't even understand what the support is telling you (heavy accent, lot of noise on the background).
The site is so bad. Support sometimes forget to reply
It have been weeks waiting to solve a simple issue and they dont care to solve it.
They dont have enough people working in support such a greedy company.

Wanted to withdraw it in my brother's bank account (-21.53$). They told me you can't transfer it another one's bank account and sent my money back to me (-21.53$). I got insane, lost 43$ for nothing, and wanted to withdraw it in my own bank account. AND GUESS WHAT? -21.53$$$ again and again. I thought i saved 59$ but well, i forgot that im against skrill... It has been 24 DAYS since i requested to withdraw my money. Sent nearly 10 tickets, same answers... They wanted me to send my bank history and that was the last mail they sent. Oh my 130$? It's completely gone! My 24 days of waiting? For a huge NOTHING! Don't, just DON'T
When I had to get in touch with them to get a transaction ID they responded within 5 minutes. No hassle, no problem. Great service. No complaints.
Customer service is very bad and that is being Kind. From time to time they freeze your account looking for updated information about you then present you with a list as long as your arm before they will unfreeze your account. The never answer the phone and when they do they are unhelpful and sometimes rude! They are without a shadow of a doubt the worst company I haver ever dealt with and that is being kind!
Do not use it, its a worst service you can see! They waste your money and time.
Customer agent are so rude and they cannot solve any issue, they keep asking you to clean your cache or wait another 48 hours! Do not waste your time with skrill
I think i never will get my money back. They stole it. And i costumer service dont help. I make a withdrawal in 10. April now is 27. April and money dont recive yet.
UPDATE 3 - Despite promising to sort this out 2 weeks ago "saying it will take a few days for them to review and get back to me" - I cannot use my account and they haven't even bothered to reply to my 3 latest support requests.

I have been using skrill for 15 years, spent tens of thousands of Dollars with them - I made a payment which somehow was charged back by my bank. This put my Skrill account in a negative. Upon finding this out I made an immediate payment in order to bring my skrill account back into credit. Since then my account has been suspended and I have been trying to resolve this for nearly a week. Nobody cares, nobody replies. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable to me so I decided to close my account andwithdraw my balance, can't even do this now. My only crime is to cover a negative balance the second I found out about it. Thank You Skrill.

I did not receive that money from Skrill yet.
It says that it will be blocked for 2 months for security reasons. The people who sent me money contacted Skrill. It did not help. I was given the answer that money is blocked for 2 months after several emails.
I cannot comprehend this.
It is just nonsense.
Don't use skrill, they change shareholder Frequently, they always hold your money, and refuse withdraw, register an account is easy, but withdraw your money is impossible. If you want to wast your time and your money, welcome use skrill.

I have lost money and precious time with Skrill service.
I have used Skrill since year 2010.
To me; Skrill could suspend or de-activite your Skrill account any time and any day.
It does not matter that you are using a Personal or Merchant account.
It does not matter that you are married person or not, Skrill could sting you any time.
If does not matter if you have family or kids, Skrill always try to suck your blood by charging you expensive fees.
Even if you have a registered business and you pay tax to the government, Skrill will still charge you tax and expensives fees per transaction.
Their e-mail support is very much capable to give you high fever and boil your mind with a stupid response after you wait for 16 days time.
No matter, what you tell or ask Skrill they always copy and paste a non-sense email template that is never going to solve your problem.
It was a big mistake that I tired to use Skrill, I would have learned about them

Skrill, always make it hard to contact them, recently have listed their phone numbers on website along with a contact us form but your problem never get solved, no matter how many times you try to contact them.

I keep receiving emails saying that I have Skrill money no such thing its a scam you will never receive any money using this BS. Don't do it and don't waste your time the people suing it are scammers more than likely.
I requested a transfer to my local bank account with reference #******* to the amount of $260. I confirmed with my local bank that they did not receive it yet Skrill claimed that they have sent it. It was also not reflected back to my account in Skrill. I disputed where Skrill considered my case to be resolved.
They sent me a survey and I took it where I gave negative feedback about their service. After taking the survey, they blocked me from their website where I could no longer access it. My account still has $107.30 balance there and looks like Skrill is keeping it too.
My account is in perfect order and yet they blocked me from it after scamming me with $260 claiming they transferred it when they did not. Second, they also kept my remaining $107.30 by blocking me from their website after the negative survey.
All in all, I have been scammed to the total amount of $367.30 by Skrill.
Take good care of your hard earned money, avoid Skrill at all cost. Its a scam website
I used them from they were Bookers... for online payments and to collect my affiliate income... They have been reliable and trust worthy.
I recently sent money $315 US which they charged me $8.50 to upload and $8.50 to send also on top of that they jacked up their currency from 1.34 to 1.41 CAD to USD. They are making a killing from morons like me!

After a week of jumping through hoops, the company STILL will not verify my account. All I wanted to do was send money to a Pastor in Kenya for medicine and bibles. The customer service pretty much laughed every time I called, and sounded as if they were sleeping to boot. I've contacted the credit card company and will be disputing the charge if they do not accept my request for reimbursement of the money and close the account. Waiting for their reply since customer service Ivan apparently does not have the "authority" to do it. What is he there for then? Although my driver licenses was not expired, they would not accept it. It appears they have too much power and nothing better to do than to piss off customers for no apparent reason. It is not difficult to see I am who I say I am with all the information that I submitted even though it was NOT necessary. AVOID THEM! Unless you prefer to be jerked around. Not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Their problems are many: 1. They are scam artists. 2. If you try and email them and you do not have an account with them, you'll get an email saying "We don't know you" and force you to open an account with information you don't want them to have. 3. Their main office is in England! Yeah good luck with the time change on getting anyone live. I could not find a working phone number in the US to reach them. Scam, scam, SCAM! Stay away!
