Best deal for what needed (I thouggt)
I booked hotel and flight and you all charged me for it and then return and canceled my reservation.
It was the cheapest and best buy for my budget, but didn't even get to experience it. Is this some type of scam, what happened to my reservations?
I found great deals on both flights and hotels and the Customer service was helpful and responsive, addressing my questions promptly.
The representative listened to my concerns and provided clear solutions.
