This last month wasn't my time to make any purchases because it seems like I knew what businesses to pick that was going to cause me problems. Well, it started off about a little over a month ago, I ordered an air fryer & the brand was aria. I ordered online@ Walmart.com. I got it shortly after I ordered it but I didn't opened it, due to I was so busy. Today, I decided to open the air fryer. So I was reading the User Guide on how to work this air fryer. I'm looking@ the User Guide & the pictures ( showing step by step how to use the air fryer) stating pull out the frying basket. So, I'm saying to myself, "did I miss something? I didn't see any frying basket in the box." So, to make sure, I looked in the box & no frying basket. Now, I should of opened this immediately & I could of return it to Walmart. Since it's was my mistake, let me get in contact with the company & see if they will send me a frying basket or even they wouldn't even send me one,, I would buy one, since I have to keep it anyway. I started looking for a phone number & first see this notice stating on the last page iI all caps WARANTY. LIFETIME. GUARANTEE, in like a award like symbol. Then underneath, it stated "To make a warranty claim, do not return appliance to the store. Please call *******077 Between 10:00am-5:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday - email *******@skylinebrands.com. First, I called the number & it wasn't an working number. So, I called it 3 more times & after 3 times, it still wasn't a working number. So, I went to their website & maybe I can get some help there. The website did pull up but I didn't see anywhere, on the website, where they can assist me with my issue. This is a valuable lesson to me. No matter how busy you are, when you purchase something online, look@ immediately & make sure everything is enclosed with purchase. Don't let this happened to you!
