I bought five tickets from this agency. Called my agent and asked him to cancel one of the tickets because my son couldn't travel for medical reasons. He told me that can be done but I need a doctors note that confirms that my son cannot travel. I did provide the doctors note. It's been over two weeks I never got a confirmation that the ticket was canceled nor did I get my money back. I sent a email to my agent asking him to find me two more tickets to Dubai for my friends and also find out why I haven't got back my refund. I received an email back saying unfortunately the agent left the company and none of the managers or customer service has been unable to help me. Every time you call it goes to sales department. It's very frustrating to work with an agency that cannot protect their clients. I mean what's the point of buying protection plan when you can't even get help to meet this feels like a scam. When you call they ask you who is your agent because when you're buying tickets you deal direct with the agent but if the agent is longer with the Company am I not supposed to be getting help from customer service department? Guess what they don't have customer service department I think. I even got to the point of calling the Airlines to make sure these tickets are legit because I have lost respect and trust from this Agency.
BUT: I am not stopping here cause I am going to make sure that I use all my social media platform to tell people my story and I won't stop until my issue with Skylux travel is resolved. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone again.
McKenzy Prince was able to coordinate our family's business class tickets roundtrip to Rome in June 2023. McKenzy has helped me in the past, and, as before, he is capable, competent, efficient, and easy to work with.
I will continue to use Skylux in the future.

I have been working to get my refund for six weeks now and have gotten nothing. I bought TravelCare which guaranteed full refund. Agent refused to pick up calls, did not respond to voicemails or emails. (I left over 10 voicemails and emails). Poor, unreliable service, not worth the small amount of saving.

I have been trying to determine change of flight options for the last 72 hours, but no one is following through; I'm sending emails and texts, but nothing. I told them I have limited phone service as I am in India, but it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone. My company will not use this service, and I am angry at myself for trusting in this business. I feel as though they took my money and now have conveniently left me to dry.

I booked a flight to Milan through SKYLUX Travel. My wife and I were planning to spend a week in Italy. About a week before our scheduled departure, the airline called to inform me that the flight was cancelled, but there were seats available on the next day. The airline said that I had to re-book the flights through SKYLUX, since the original booking was through them. I immediately called SKYLUX and asked them to re-book us for the next day. Despite multiple calls and emails every day following that initial call, SKYLUX did nothing until two days before the originally scheduled departure. By that time, there were no more seats available on the next day, and we had to cancel our vacation. This was going to be the vacation of a lifetime, and it was ruined by the gross negligence and bad faith of SKYLUX. I had purchased the "Travel Care Protection Plan", but it made no difference. They just did not care about me or my vacation. Do not use them!

Scott gave me non direct flights when I asked for direct.
Scott gave me a higher price than I found and then told me to wait for hours. In the meantime the prices were going up and Scott never got back to me.
Skylux/Scott cost me time and money.
You can do better yourself using Skyscanner.

While the initial offerings were no different from Priceline, after I explained what I hoped to pay, the agent found an excellent flight, within my budget, and over $1000 less than any other site.

Got business class tickets to India cheaper than anywhere else, even the airlines website. Nikita was my consultant and he did his job professionally. I would surely use Skylux again and would recommend to use them also to others. I don't have experience on how they deal with refunds but I had requested several changes to my itinerary and Nikita was very helpful.

As soon as I signed up, I was contacted by Hommer Petterson who was very courteous and listened to all my requirements and requests. He then proceeded to find me several options all of which didn't work fir me BUT he kept at it. Incorporating all my suggestions in his searches and he finally cane up with an itinerary that was perfect. Thank you so very much Hommer! You were phenomenal!

Ever heard if it's too good to be true! We have travelled with SkyLux three times, the first two went perfectly but we had to cancel the third as my passport renewal had not arrive. We had to pay $450.00 each to cancel the two tickets. Two days later the passport arrived so we tried to rebook but we told it would be six weeks for credit to process. We purchased two new tickets and all went well. It has now been over a year and we still have no copy of a credit. I did get a quote on another trip from same agent and surprise surprise it was $4200. 00 (price of credit) higher than another SkyLux agent quoted.

They cancelled our flight just when we got to airport. Made us pay 700 each more for our tickets. Then the new flight was in another airport and had to pay a cab 200 dollars. Get to our destination finally. Spain to be exact with a flight to Amsterdam then home from there to New York. Woke this morning to be told our flights home have also been cancelled. And I could pay skylux another 3000 to get home. Magnus Doyle was the lying cheat agent that ripped us off. Oh and btw I'm still stranded in another country. Don't use this scam of a company that probably pays companies to get rid of bad reviews.

Very responsive and supportive team Skylux. My travel agent was on a vacation and his colleague successfully took care of my flight needs and found a good priced deal. A week before the flight, I had to cancel my travel plans and Josh got me a new itinerary in 20 minutes. This is a trustworthy service I will continue recommending to friends and family.

My ticket was sold to me as refundable and exchangeable. I paid for ticket protection policy as well. My return plans changed, I called them three weeks ago to ask them to cancel my return flight and refund my account only for the return flight. They said my ticket is none refundable and not exchangeable. I have to pay $250 for booking fee and $300 for airline penalty. This was not ever disclosed to me. I have been calling, and emailing them several times to have my refund, but either they put me on hold for 30 minutes or they keep saying the supervisors are in meetings. I am leaving in two weeks and I still didn't receive an answer from them. I wished I read the reviews prior to buying my ticket from them. Regretfully, the airline will not reembrace me since I bought my ticket from Sky Lux. I am a seasonal traveler and never had this kind of experience with any air lines. SkyLux is indeed a DISGRACE in air travel industry.
