By far the best experience in booking business class airfare. Quickly received many options and prices. Follow through with issuing tickets and seat assignments.Able to reach out to agent at all times. Very responsive and anytime anywhere assistance at no extra cost.

Skylux travel works if a ticket is booked and there are no issues. However, any flight disruption by the airline resulted in my case with the agent attempting to offer alternate schedules. It continued close to the time of the original schedule. One offered itinerary I accepted only to be offered an alternate the following day so I requested a refund from the airline. Ultimately I contacted the airline myself to avoid a no show. The agents must be commission driven and certainly do not then work for you. Perhaps not all agents are like this but beware. It cost me around $4,000 extra for 3 tickets including charges not credited by Skylux. I will never use this agency again it is not worth the risk.
Also worth noting, at no time was I able to talk to a supervisor to resolve the dilemma. Number of emails and phone calls more than 20 without resolution. Test calling and request a supervisor before you commit your money.

I requested a quote for travel to Milan departing in Sept, returning in November. Let Magnus D. Know our approximate budget and that we were flexible on dates. He told me he would call back with quotes in an hour. Ten or so hours later he called but I was not able to pick up. He sent an email quoting one passenger $6000 MORE than our budget ($8100), even though I told him we were willing to fly premium economy on the return. I will never contact this company again! It seems to me that was a passive aggressive response.

I called this agency for business class tickets which I'm interested in April. I am still undecided about my trip and still looking in to it. The agent Fonzy calls me in the middle of work day and when I say that I need to get back to him because I am at work, he in turn like a hustler tells me don't joke around with me, do you want to go or not and then he hangs up! What kind of unprofessional service is this. Anyhow I find their pricing not so competitive either as the offers are for really odd hours with bad connections and long flights but still I was going to give them a chance once I looked in to it a bit further. I am not sure if it were just him or they all are trained to be like this!

With one quick call, we could book business class tickets on a major airline, going from NY to Heathrow. Our agent was wonderfully helpful and made working with him/them a pleasure. Sure to use them again

Very professional. This service is perfect for the busy traveler. Agents are not like typical agents that provide customer service. They are smart and savvy enough to tailor services to fit your needs. After booking flight, Jordan still follows up, but not in annoying way. For those "loose ends" he is still working. At this writing, I have not taken trip just yet, in a another week.
This was my first time using SkyLux at the recommendation of a friend. Business class fares are considerably less expensive and the company was even able to save me a nominal amount on an economy plus seat. I especially appreciated the secure checkout experience. I recommend this company.

I was skeptical of using travel services in today's time as I travel more than 50% of every month for work, however for international trips, I use my miles and airline apps. Recently for business class deal I was very impressed with this travel agency and the credit goes to Reha, one of the customer service rep for being so prompt and matching the price as I am pretty pro at finding good deals using the app. I strongly recommend this service to people but please be precise and honest about affordability as they do not have a magic wand.

Wonderful company, great vacation, amazing atmosphere on excursions. I can praise 100% rest for a long time, but our return for new impressions speaks for us. I remember my first excursion trip, the guide was able to lure and delight us so much with objects, with her stories, that after that I decided "That's it, I have to go again!".
I first inquired thinking what they were offering would be too pricey for me. After a couple contacts with my agent they found a great deal that was more than I expected and didn't break the bank. Their responses were always quick and detailed. Will most definitely be recommending and using them again.

Since I consider myself fairly realistic about travel times and prices, I knew that your Christmas period trip would be rather expensive. It is Europe during Christmas time, enough said. I checked against American express travel team, their prices were significantly higher. Let's see how the whole trip will go through, as based on that outcome I will decide if I will use them in the future or not.

I reached out as I really wanted to have a reasonably priced business class ticket to Europe.
I was flexible to some extent. Days and destination could be moved around.
Stanton gave me some options one day but nothing seemed. Worthwhile.
I tried again another day. So did he. Finally he arrived at a good option for me. It was only a few hundred dollars more than premium economy. I took the option. I am pleased.
