Great prices. Responsive, competent service. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. They found me a very reasonably priced business class airfare with my favorite airline on the date and time I wanted.

Glen provided outstanding service. He kept me appraised of the ticketing process. The business class cost was reasonable. Unlike most other Indian vendors, who cheat or mislead, everything was above board and no shenanigans!

I had a 100% return of ticket costs from the airlines, ( UNITED) due to medical reasons. The travel agency withheld over $500. They informed that service fees were $250. I said there was an oversight as they overcharged - they told me it was the dollar rate!
The travel agent, Mr. Idris OLSEN, deleted all relevant documents after my 'refund'. Even after stating it was an oversight on their part, I was told that they do not work for free and,'If you would do something for free at your work let me know'. There is simply no excuse for such insolence.
I am an early retired from the United Nations and I will ensure that this gets posted on its Intranet. I do not wish any fellow colleague to avoid experiencing dishonest business deals.
Simply remember, one bad apple can ruin the bunch. If such dealings is tolerated by the company, then where is trust to begin.

Not impressed at all so far. First agent just up and cancelled my ticket because I dared to actually ask for some real service. So that sucked.
Next guy a bit better. Overall pretty dissatisfied. Will not recommend to anyone.

Hoffman was extremely attentive to my request and patient which I definitely appreciated. I would definitely highly recommend using this site for your purchase of tickets.
