I started using this company years ago and had a great agent. Unfortunately, I used another agent who has been giving me the worst prices. This company should be cheaper than Expedia and Delta but they are not. Buyer beware.

I got some tickets for an international trip. I am a bit nervous as to how it will work out because my agent said he could only book the international leg of journey, so I had to get the domestic part myself. In doing so, my baggage will not be checked all the way through, I will have to retrieve it and then re check it in, which is something I have never done in my 30 plus years of international travel. I will have to wait and see how the arrangement works out once i take the trip next month. Fingers crossed.
I contact Flem for any of my flight needs and he always deliver! He responses fast and very efficient!

The customer service I had from Estelle was great. She's a good agent and kept looking for me until she found the best possible deals. My only complaint is with the COMPANY and NOT with the AGENT. I just wish they could've processed the entire trip for me. I was more than willing to give my CC# and passport info onto to her. But she said it was basically against company policy. All travel agents process and prepare everything for you. I understand that many people don't like giving out their info all Willy-Nilly but this is a legit company is it not? If so, then why not grant that access to your employee and give them a piece of the commission or sale.

If you want to fly business class on a major commercial carrier and pay premium economy prices this is your go to company. Service was top notch. This is my third purchase. Anthony was a great service rep.

We booked Tokyo last March and just booked Panama for February with Junior. Both times he has had to offer extra assistance and was very patient with both our indecision and our booking difficulties (our fault) He has also provided several quotes to various other destinations that we were unable to book, and he had no issues with taking up his time unnecessarily. Have been highly recommending him to everyone!

We had a complex itinerary from an area with small airports to an overseas destination. We ended up with 5 good options in less than 15 minutes and then were able to negotiate the best one, make the reservation, and get what we wanted. The agent as quick, competent, and courteous throughout.

The amount of time they put in to help you find the best deal is amazing, no rush, they will try until they find the best deal possible, and when they find it, they will assist you with any issue until you get back from your trip, this is amazing.
