I purchased a ticket the company cancel one leg and the Skylux is making me go through hell just to deal with them, this company is a nightmare.
You only deal with your designated agent and if she like mine Anita does not contact you or solve the issues you have NO ONE to call or reach, you are hooked to the person that will may be help you or not.
It was a nightmare, this was supposed to be a service to get a business class ticket at a slightly better price but honestly is NOT worth it, complete nightmare, just filed with the BBB and also I called my credit card company to get the refund since I have all the documents stating the cancelled flight.
I could not cancel with Copa that was the company since I book through this nightmare company.
Caveat Emptor, don't go even near this people!

They sent me a message stating that I have to send an email to fix this issue.
I called several times, I email even to someone that still kept on trying to book me on another flight, and when I denied her generous offer, she mentioned that I will have to pay fees for the cancellation.
I really lost it, this woman was telling me that because Copa Airlines cancelled my flight I had to pay from my pocket to cancel my reservation?
The level of incompetence and negligence is paramount here, the same happen to my "agent" sending me an email with a charge for cancellation.
I HAD IT WITH THIS PEOPLE, PLEASE BE SMART DON'T TOUCH THEM!

I booked a BUSINESS CLASS flight from Madrid to Perth. Australia. I received the itinery looked at the flight times saw the word Business repeated several times and unfortunately I didnt see that I had been booked on an economy flight from Singapore to Perth? I didnt see the word economy because I wasnt looking for it as I had booked Business Class and was admament about that when telling them what I wanted. This economy sector comes after I have been in transit for 36 hours! I have a 9 hour stopover in Singapore and wont be allowed to use the business class lounge! My agent "Norman" has been smug, condescending, and rude about the problem, he blames me because I approved the itinerary, he accepts NO responsibility at all. I asked for Business Class fares and this is what I expected not what I received! I have written to the CEO but received no reply? I think it is disgraceful and unfair of Sky Luxe not to admit at least half of the fault? The ball is in their court but I wont hold my breath!
