Easy to use, very comfortable, many options. Only criticisms: my mattress did not come with adjustment cards or instructions, I had to go online to figure out what layer order I needed. I also don't notice the cooling gel doing anything even as a top layer because it lays under the outer cover/ pillow top, so I sleep very hot. Other than that, it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. It's the only customizable nail- order mattress, no need to try it out ahead of time.
My laters lost their firmness just like my old "new" mattresses did. Good old fashioned matress with box spring is what I should have brought
Best bed, by far, that we've ever had! I like firm and my husband likes soft. Problem solved!
