Rip off - I also received my free sample one day and two days later my first shipment. How could I even get a chance to cancel when I never got a chance to try it? Don't get sucked into this "free" offer.

Company and they have given me credit for the $88.87. I have to check periodically, to make sure I am not being billed from them, I will call the credit card company to resolve it with them. I have learned not to buy into anything that says free or free trial on-line.
Can not get an RMA number - This company does not honor their return policy, as you can not get them to send you a return merchandise number and they will not accept the product unless you have one so you can not just send it back. I think everyone needs to contact the better business bureau in their state and let them guide you through it as that is what I am doing.

Scammed like many others... - I also ordered a free trial --never received the trial but did receive 2 bottles in which my acct was charged 88.97_ i tried emailing them but they kept telling me I had 20 days to cancel this free trial- but I explained to them I never received the free trial to determine if I liked it or not. My acct has been charged twice and I can't seem to talk with a live person- they are cowards they hide behind these emails because they know they are scammers. I just want my money back and right now I have no idea on how to get it back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. And I will not stop at that

You must get an RMA from their support team via email and the product must be returned within 15 day from recieving it. I have requested the RMA 4 times and they are refusing to send me the RMA.
