Delay after delay, ingoring after ignoring. Why advertise goods you dont have in stock? Worse, why advertise as taking as little as five days to arrive when mine hasn't arrived after a month? I believe they also sell counterfeit ones as well as having fake reviews - for comparison look at theor uk reviews. All sound like my experience. What a shame of a company. Bunch of liers

I bought a Ray Ban frame from them back two years ago, I didn't use it as it is hard to order lenses and make them one pair in NZ. I like the frame shape very much so I ordered the same frame with my prescription with the help of my friend in China. After I got my new one, I compared with the older one I bought from SmartBuyGlassesNZ, I think the older one is 100% fake. The printing colour on the frame is shallower and dimmer. As I said, I bought it 2 years ago without using, but one of the legs is loose already. The quality is terrible compared with the real one, even though they look similar. I would not to buy anything from this website anymore.

I had ordered a Ray Ban glass and done the payment. It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't got the item. And twice I got the emails from them stating the order has gone out of stock. I couldn't understand that how does it go out of stock after it's been processed.

Absolute ripoff prices to the point it's just unethical and pure greed. A frame I'm looking for which other NZ websites sell (still at ripoff prices) for NZ $360, are being sold here for NZ $502 ffs...

I could do what I did last time and purchase them from USA for US $170 (NZ $230), pay to courier them over, and it'll still be cheaper than 360, let alone 500+

I ordered a pair of Prada's a month ago, paid over $400 for them and requested multiple shipping updates on this order over the four week period. I was assured time & time again that the tracking information would be updated ASAP. Just today I was told that they did not have the stock whatsoever, as opposed to offering me a refund they suggested I wait (they did not state how long I might have to wait for this product to come back in stock) or I change my order to an alternative style.
I asked whether they had any alternative colour ways in the same style I originally ordered (I did not want a different pair) and I was greeted by yet another staff member, who informed me that the manufacturers were not even producing the style anymore!
Why do they have products listed on their site that they do not have in stock/do not even exist with their manufacturer? Why are they taking large payments from customers while not being able to fulfil the trade on their end?
I also want to know why I was asked to ‘wait' for my order, when the product is not even being produced anymore?
Unbelievable. So incredibly dissatisfied with my experience.

My daughter was looking to buy a pair of sunglasses for a local shop but the model she wanted was out of stock anywhere we went. So, I asked her to take a look online and try smartbuyglasses website. I purchased my Ray Ban eyeglasses there before and I was satisfied with my first buy.

So, she did buy one online. At first, the pair of sunglasses that she purchased was out of stock. After about 3 days, I received email from smartbuyglasses that my order was in back-order and it will take about 1 to 4 weeks before the stock arrives. Hmmm, I was a little bit upset since, it should be clear beforehand that the item was out of stock. But, after around 3 days, I received another email stating that my item has been shipped with a tracking number. The sunglasses arrives within 3 days at my doorstep. So, it took less than 2 weeks overall.

My daughter was happy with it. We are not expert in determining if it is fake or authentic, but this one is really well made, so I assume this is real.

I had a negative experience with #SmartBuyGlasses 3 times.
Three years ago a did order for 2 pairs of Polaroid Sunglasses (on the site noticed that they in stock and on sale). In few days got the letter that they out of stock, and I need spend paid many for something else. Ok, I understood the situation and got for that amounts of money contact lenses.
Then in few months, I was looking for another model of sunglasses... found that SmatrBuyGlasses have in stock 3 pairs. Before purchase, I send them email to double check that they have this sunglasses. They replied that they have it. I did order. In a day new email: again that that sunglasses model out of manufacture. At that time I was really disappointment, as I ask them to check, do they sell what they have. They ask me again to use my pre-pay for something else...
Ok... 3 years later... again... just found the good price for contact lenses. On the order info that parcel will be ''Ships within 2-3 days''. Ok... it is already 3rd week, and I still didn`t get my parcel.
You know, I think #SmartBuyGlasses that is the worst place for purchase. Do not spend your time

Bought sunglasses that cost $90 and they turned up with two different colored lenses. Have not been able to get a refund.
