Your website indicated that a particular flight ticket I purchased included 1st Checked Bag. After making payment and received the itinerary, I realized that the information was inaccurate. I called your customer care and had to seek cancellation of the purchase and lost $200 dollars for refund.
That's highly unacceptable and your representative was not professional in their interaction with me neither.

Be v v careful. The advertised list price was competitive, but once I proceeded to purchase by Visa card, the amount charged was even higher than from the airline official website. Will not buy from them anymore.

Listen, people have their ups and downs with 3rd party vendors; however, I had some guy named Nixon help me a few years ago, which was terrific service by the way. Just booked with SmartFares again and the service was easy and great. However, I totally forgot to see if Nixon was still around until I started this review! If he is, pass along my hello - he is a good man.
These people don't have any quality standards. I bought a ticket and wanted to be refunded the same day; they said we couldn't do that (we can only give you a partial refund just because we value you as a customer). "Are you serious?"
Any airlines and Expedia give 24 hours for a refund, so how do they say we can't do that?
They are scammers and rubbers.

Chose this company because it was cheaper and was billing in pounds sterling. Once I clicked to pay it flipped the currency to US dollars and charged me a flexible ticket fee of $249.46. I did not want a flexible ticket and it charged me anyway. When the ticket came through it specifically stated that it was not a flexible ticket. I tried to call to get a refund and spent $20 on an international call where I was on hold and then the line was cancelled. Unbelievably stressful experience and I feel as though I have been robbed.
It was originally showing as cheaper than alternatives but once the hidden costs were added, it became the most expensive.
I had an excellent experience booking my flights! The website was user-friendly, making it easy to compare prices and find the best options. This site is incredible. I searched for many flights to monrovia, but this sit was by far the best. It allowed me to set my dates with flexibility and the price was always 500$ cheaper. Even if you are not ready to book but want to save your search it is allowed a easy to get back to. Once I booked my trip, I recieved all my booking information by email. I recommend this site to any and everyone looking to book a flight on a budget.
The fares were always cheaper on this site. Fast and easy.
The price that was quoted was not the price I was charged also the extras are non-fundable which is not mentioned, charged for seating on a emirates flight which is free with the airline.
Thankfully it was all resolved after 2.5 hrs on the phone to the help line services/supervisor and manager.

It is a major problem that the credit card is not verified immediately and that the amount is not debited off the credit card account immediately. This aspect of putting a small amount through and then requesting a confirmation of a screenshot is extremely suspicious and dangerous.
Appeared to be the cheapest fare by far. Too good to be true.
After filling up all all the my details, it was just one click and the booking went through. Within few minutes they and the first email to say they seen my booking and they will send the second email as as soon as the transaction gets to them. In 5 time I received the 2nd email confirmation my booking.
I can't wait to travel.
I chose Smarefares because they had reasonable fares.

Third party booking is always skeptical and I want to make sure everything is not only valid but something I can understand and agree with. So far I have received prompt feedback and responses although I did have a few representatives either hang up on me or not be knowledgeable about information I inquired about.

I didn't love the followup phone call regarding seat selection along with no "up front " conversation that there would be a $40 surcharge. Just be transparent

there was a cheaper quote but when you wanted to confrom booking it addede 300 euor in hidden charges so smartfares was the best price

When I booked the flight for everything that is extra I had a line that mentioned the fee. One of the things that there was no mentioned fee was the seat option that I didn't even picked one. After paying for my ticket I realized I've been charged 20 dollars for choosing a seat. That's wrong I hope you'll change it in the future.
