I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription; I NEVER sign up for subscriptions. A month after I received what I thought was a one-time trial purchase, I noticed another charge from that company. I called and cancelled my account. A month later I got yet another charge. This is no way to do business. With effort I got them to remove the third charge. But don't use this product!

My one time purchase on Amazon turned into auto delivery/auto pay. To cancel I was given the third degree (many questions about why it didn't work for me) and still will be charged 2 more payments of $37. I'm afraid if I send back the auto delivery for refund, they'll tell me it's too late to get the refund. Shady business practice and it didn't work for me.

To reiterate from previous reviews, once you give them your payment information it's not easy to cancel. I've stopped them from auto withdrawals now I'm getting letters for another final payment, don't try not worth the time and they know it.
I saw SmileActives ads on TV I thought I wanted to try this product. I placed my order but never received the product. This was since before the holidays of 2022. I tried many times to reach to someone to help me to get my order or refund, but never got it. Two thumbs down
The customer service is zero.
I canceled my account, but they continued to charge me. Their so-called live chat is nonexistent. Their email is "no reply."
Product is okay, but overpriced. Not worth the headache.
I'm satisfied with the affectiveness, but totally dissatisfied with the service. A phone call ended with being put on hold while he checked my acct and ended uphr with him never coming back. He wanted to renew my acct of $173 for another kit when all I wanted was the gel.
I had automatic delivery been trying to cancel for months. The said 5 minute wait, then a recording to go on there site so I wait 2 hours no one! We use another phone and go on the site, we get other site and no one is available. This is a huge scam I see alot of people complaining, well now I am calling my bank and telling them this company are the biggest scam artists, they need to be stopped and since they don't want to answer and no one is available! I highly recommend no one ever orders from this fagaze company. People like you sit in jail for scamming people. You are not getting away with this. Does everyone else want to jump on board and demand refunds I will not allow this company to get away with this...
Tip for consumers:
Don't
This company doesn't care if the products work or not just as long as they have your credit card number to keep charging. Don't waste your time. They say 30 day money back which also a lie

I signed up for an intro offer at ~$40 and chose a subscription of the exact same order (2 tubes, 2 wands) at the exact same price to be delivered at a frequency of every 3 months. After the first month I get a notice they are sending me another order for $47. I cancel my subscription but still receive the order which looks different - one bigger tube instead of 2 smaller ones and 3 wands. A week later I get a past due invoice for over $140. They evidently set me up on a subscription for a 3 month supply which oddly was only one third larger than the original "1-month supply" I originally ordered (1 month supply = 2 fl oz and 2 wands, 3-month supply sent = 3 fl oz and 3 wands). This was definitely NOT what I signed up for. I can return it for a full refund although I have to pay return postage and they have no system to register a return - just send it in, get a tracking number and hope for the best I suppose. Never sign up for a subscription, it always turns out scammy. I should have known better.
I would love to try this makeup and write reviews! I love makeup any brands and am willing to try new products. I love skin care products as well so would be willing to try a lot!
Does not work and when I returned the automatic shipment that I didn't know about, I had to pay shipping to send it back and the shipping cost to send it to me was deducted from my refund!
After seeing this product on QVC and on TV, I decided to give it a go. I went to the website and bought a basic package of products. AT NO TIME during that process was a "subscription" or "auto-shipping" shown. Must have been buried in the Terms and Conditions. My order arrived timely, and inside was a sheet of paper with very light gray text. They told me they sent me a "free gift", which was in essence their AUTO SHIPPING SUBSCRIPTION (you believe the ballz on these people?). And it wasn't for a continuing shipment of what I had bought, it was for a larger package of products. SO my harmless $38 order was going to start auto-shipping at the rate of $128 per month! Really sneaky stuff. So, of course, I dialed the 888 number provided to cancel that. The guy I got on the phone was programmed to HAMMER ME with any/all tactics to get me to stay on auto-ship including a reduced package, reduced pricing, etc. We've all seen the 'save the sale' game. UGH. Anyway, jury's still out on the product's effectiveness (it's essentially hydrogen peroxide toothpaste booster). So be careful on this website if you order anything! Cheers.
UPDATE: Having used up all the products I bought, I can say that they are essentially worthless. Not to mention the endless harassment (COME BACK... BUY AGAIN... LOWER PRICE... etc etc). Avoid this mess, truly.
Tip for consumers:
It's in my review.

Both the toothpaste booster and the 'pens'
Did not work as well as the >$10 product at Walmart. In fact I couldn't see any discernable difference.
Comparable to crest and colgate..thia brand has a whitening strip and gel thats works in a matter of days
