The software is excellent and I enjoyed using it to create a Christmas gift for everyone on my list. After a long, several month, string of disappointing results with the printing, I wrote a letter to the CEO explaining my dilemma and asking for assistance. The letter was never answered. It is now November and they are still unable to print my book. They will not give me the files in a form that can be printed by another company, so in effect they are holding my work hostage. I spent 2 months creating the book. I feel like I own the work, but because it is proprietary software, they have it and I have no book. Not only is this situation frustrating beyond belief, all I can get from any of their agents is "I'm very sorry for your inconvenience". No human compassion or interest in the problems (created by them) of their customers. STAY AWAY! There are lots of alternatives out there.
