There 7 day trial period & money back return policy is a SCAM. They will immediately take the money out of your account & not respond to any of your emails. I had to close my account to stop them from continuing to take out there so called monthly fees.

I had the same issues as Steve! I made several attempts to contact them through the website and none of the emails would go through. It wasn't until I got charged that I found another email address. They did not send you any info with the product as to what the agreement was and that it was a 7 day trial. I thought I was getting the trial offer for $9.95 and ended up getting charged over $100. Find another company for this product! KM

I do not think this was a scam at all. When i signed up for the trial it was clear in the terms and conditions how much i would have to pay when the trial was over. All you guys say you signed up for a trial that you thought was only $9.95, what do you think the word trial means. When the trial period is over you pay for the product if you don't cancel. Instead of saying the company is scamming you why don't you learn the definition of a word first. When i had to contact the company regarding the strength of the cartridges i had no problem getting in touch with through their toll free # *******351.

Worst company EVER... product doesnt work 80% of the time, customer service is horrible! They don't know whats going on in their own company! I finally meet a sales girl 2 months ago in Vegas... there wasa tradeshow for consumer goods and i went with a friend who has a conveince store... i starter talking to some tiny girl who said she was the sales manager (what a joke)... said they offered a lifetime warranty and that they were the best company... i asked her to switch the battery that was not working and she said she couldnt do it on the spot! BS... 2 minutes later i saw her give someone a free kit... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS!
