I ordered some A/C parts for $410. They charged by credit card and said it was being shipped by UPS, BUT they never gave me a UPS tracking #. After 3 weeks, I have still not received my order. I have emailed then, but they never respond. I have called them 4-5 times a day, but no one ever answers the phone and returns my phone messages. I believe this may be a fraudulent web site. I have contacted my credit card company. They have a 2nd wed site www.acunitdirect.com with the same phone number. *******942. I plan on contacting the police.
I ordered a DiversiTech 6-2739L Plastic Condensate Drain Pan (29x41)
From this site, and it had not shipped after 5 days. I called to cancel my order, but no one answered the phone, so I left a message that was not returned. I also sent an e-mail that was not answered. The order did show as cancelled the next day, and the drain pans were removed from their web site.
The company should have told me right away if the part I ordered was not stocked anymore. Instead they left me in limbo. Luckily, I ordered the part from Drillspot.com, and it came in time for me to install it over the weekend I had planned for.
I ordered a Lennox 23L53 Control Board from this site on October 23,2011, but they have never shipped the part. I have left several email messages with them and tried to contact them by telephone with no answer. I have emailed them again requesting a refund. I believe this is a fraudulent operation. Do not, I repeat: DO NOT do business with them! I am going to turn this over to police and/or Better Business Bureau.
