I bought - or thought I had bought - a pair of trainers from Sneakers Dot London for our son's 16th birthday. I paid over £165. They even charged me P&P!
I did not get the trainers, nor did I get any response to my emails and texts. I should have realised the site was dodgy as the 'customer service' number is a mobile, and it turns out that when you ring it you get a message that it doesn't accept incoming calls...! I have had no response in almost two weeks, have received no trainers and am £165+ out of pocket, while my son is minus his 16th birthday present.
I have since realised by researching on sites such as TripAdvisor, that all of the so-called 'positive' reviews are exactly the same format - obviously made up - and these fake 'good' reviews are clearly just added to hide the bad ones.
Totally fraudulent.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEBSITE.
TOTAL SCAMMER...!
