Soccer Corner

I recently ordered an item of apparel online for my daughter. There was a glitch in the checkout process and the wrong size got ordered. I sent a follow up email and called the business. The young man who took my call was very polite and took ownership of the issue. He told me what he was going to do and followed through. First he stopped the order with the wrong size. He said he did not show in inventory the size I needed but he asked if I wanted it if he could find it. I said yes and he put me on hold again. He called around to different locations and found the item that was not showing in his inventory system. He thanked me for my business very politely. It actually arrived much earlier than expected as well. He really went above and beyond what I have come to expect from most on line apparel sellers. My daughter's eyes lit up when it arrived which was priceless to me

I placed an order with soccer corner on Thursday Aug 29 at 9pm. Their website says most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Here we are on Monday September 2 and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. So much for 24 hour processing and shipping. Unhappy customer

Pro-directsoccer was where I began my search. A buddy advised me to see this website. I came here since the other website lacked information and shipping instructions; I've placed my order here, and it's far superior to the other website. I'll be more inclined to purchase here regularly if my stuff arrives fast.

Adequate experience overall! Had issue with online ordering, called
Support and they fixed it right away so I can order online.
