Social Monograms

I ordered a tote from this company. It fell apart in less than 1 week of use. Very disappointed! I contacted the company and they said "they cannot do anything about it" because it was purchased over a month ago. I had pictures of the product and they still were not willing to assist. Will never buy from this company again!

I ordered the boyfriend shirts for my bridal party. When I received them I saw several stains/marks on the shirts. I emailed them and they never responded as to what it could be and how I could get it out. The shirts themselves came from China and are made of the cheapest polyester. They are very thin almost see through and will pill easily. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else or do it yourself. Horrible customer service

Ordered a mono baseball hat... the website gives you a color card to choose the thread... I choose pale pink and the hat arrived with cream thread. They asked to see a photo of the incorrect thread color and then said sorry all sales are final and that they cannot be responsible for my computer "monitor"? Pink is pink cream is cream last I checked.
Anyway they refused to correct the item or send a new hat. Credit card dispute happening now... is this real life?!?!?! Never ever have I been treated so poorly by a owner of a company. STAY AWAY and look on line at the many many complaints they have even the BBB won't represent them. Just an FYI most mall kiosks have a embroidery center they charge $10-$15 to monogram and you can watch them do it no issues like this!

Needed my order/tracting number.
Told me it takes 3 weeks for processing.
Asked if my personalisation could be changed.
They said they wouldn't even check on the order nor ship it out if it was ready.
Yep. Never again. #@%!?

Terrible, just do not do business period. No refunds offered due to personalized item. Wrong size, wrong color just awful. If I could give zero stars I would

I wish I could give them a negative number because nothing was positive about my experience or their company! I ordered a monogrammed tote bag. When it arrived it had marks all over it, which were definitely noticeable before it was shipped. When I contacted the company, they gave me a run around, but did finally agree to replace it. When I ordered the next one, it arrived with a major defect in the handle (it was coming apart at the seams and buckled up). I contacted them again and was told they were basically doing me a favor by allowing me to return it since all sales are final and that I would have to pay return shipping. When I told them they should pay for the return shipping since the tote was AGAIN defective, I was told I could either take the option or leave it! I will NEVER order from this company again and if you are smart, you won't ever order either. Shame on them for sending out defective products and then not standing behind their products. Just POOR BUSINESS and business practice!

The ad on groupon says "satin robe" when in fact it's 100% polyester! That's called false advertising people! Refund please!

Contacted merchant multiple times! Never received my items! Horrible customer service!
