I signed up for Socialsync's basic package at $99. I needed help in posting the suggested several times a day to numerous social media sites. For thus basic amount they offered to post on four sites twice a week. It seemed doable so I gave it a try. I was messaged by a person explaining what would happen and I had great difficulty understanding what they wanted me to do. It seemed I had to sign up for a program called Kontentino to organize the posts. I did this but then no word from the head lady on my messages. Finally, after a week, they made me transfer to PromoRepublic which I determined was replacing Kontentino so I went there and tried to set that up. After another week, they asked for all my passwords to my sites which I gave them with much trepidation. They asked a lot of questions about my business which I ended up answering three times because of their confusing website. Eventually, they started making posts. They were okay but nothing I couldn't do myself. Also, the content of the posts was very general, not uniquely related to my business. I soon realized that I was spending money to do something that was taking away from the time I could have been doing it all myself. I cancelled my subscription, which, by the way, took some time because the subscription is listed under the name of their parent company Applied Apparel Ltd. I still would like someone to help with social media but next time I will hire a real person who will work with me one on one.
Tip for consumers:
You will have to work as hard on your social media with them as you did by yourself. It is very complicated program, Not for the novice.
