Scam company! My product is not what I ordered. No sizes on the sock or packaging. All the same sock ( ankle) when I ordered knee highs and Medina wool. When I try to contact them the site gives me a run around. They say they will email me, but they do not. This is the second time I got scammed by sellers on Facebook. I have learned my lesson. Buyer beware!
Add my voice to the barrage of complaints. NOT real Bombas, wrong colors, wrong sizes, and no way to return. I figured something was awry when shipping took so long. (Bombas is always very prompt.) Lesson learned.

Will keep in back of sock drawer for emergencies; or perhaps to wear in garden.
This company says it sells bombas socks. I ordered seven pair-took a month to get and received wrong sizes and styles. I contacted bombas official site and was told this company is not authorized to sell THIER socks.it looked like an official site but it is a scam. So buyer beware if you order from this site-you may be buying counterfeit products.of course they tell you shipping to return would be too costly so they will refund 10%. Go to the official site-they offer 100% satisfaction
Tip for consumers:
Www.sockary shop
I too was taken. I googled Bombas and this site came up--I thought they were selling old styles or something---$60 and a month and 1/2 later, I received totally the wrong order and it looks like terrible quality. This is only the second time this has happened to me, but I learned a good lesson. Keep away from sockary, com
Tip for consumers:
Beware that these are not not Bombas socks.

I don't know if I'll even use them.
After receiving the fake Bombas socks insult was added to injury when Pay Pal did not assist. I wrongfully assumes they were real since they accept PayPal and that was a mistake. They required me to return the product to China and give a tracking # which cost over $50 but I paid it out of frustration. To my surprise my refund was denied. I paid to send the junk so was out $135 and the shipping. Wish I had checked on the website before I hit purchase.
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. The site is a scam.

I'll try to keep it simple... I spent $200 on 28 pairs of special edition "Sesame Street" socks... 4 months later (after being promised 2-4weeks Max.), 11 pairs of PLAIN, knock-off Bombas showed up. NOTHING like what I ordered/paid for. Shockingly, no customer service will respond or help. I'm crushed. That was more money than my family had to spare, & it was supposed to be a fun gift for ALL of my family members, since we couldn't do a big Christmas. It was a total waste all around. I thought it was safe because I found coupons online that many others used as well... unfortunately, I guess that just means that a whole lot of other people got ripped off too. These are hard times for everyone... we should be helping, not hurting, eachother... shame on them. I hope they can be stopped from stealing from
Other hard-working people in the future.
Tip for consumers:
NOT Bombas, or affiliated with them....they don’t even sell what they advertise.

Socks. They lied about returns, etc... they are just a scam, and I wouldn’t say something so harsh if not true.
Don't buy from here. They didn't send me what I ordered- wrong socks and wrong sizes. All socks say "NOT FOR RESALE". Shipping takes forever. They are shipped from China and expect you to pay to send back the wrong order to China. VERY BAD. Rip-Off! They should be shut down.
I would give them zero stars if I could.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. It is a SCAM.
I ordered several pair for gifts. I thought I was on the bomba.com site, but didn't get an email confirmation of my order. Always a bad sign. On my credit card, the charge showed up from a company in Hong Kong that specializes in electronics (per my credit card company, who is investigating). The order arrived today, packaged as pictured and clearly knock-offs. A rep from Bombas said that unfortunately this happens. No more Bombas for me and mine, which is too bad, since the real ones are wonderful.
I was taken too! I googled Bombas... and a site came up, and everything was 40% off! I just thought they were having a Christmas sale like everyone else! So upset... Christmas gifts for the family... spent about $200... they didn't make it by Christmas. Took about 45 days to get them..., and when they arrived it was TOTALLY and CLEARLY knockoffs! I knew I would never get my money back... so, I gave them to charity! Ridiculous!
I also received crap Bombas labeled not for resale and no sizing and bad quality. When I didn't receive a real order confirmation I got suspicious and started googling and found bad reviews. I filed a complaint with my credit card company so we will see what happens
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them. Scam
Worst sock I've ever worn. Very uncomfortable. They squish your foot like a midevil torture device. I'm in a homeless shelter, so perhaps the ones they donated are made differently or something because nobody here will wear them.
I like the socks but shopping for them on the Bombas website is a pain. They offer multi-packs so that you are forced to buy ugly socks that you don't want in order to get one pair that you would like. I wish that their site were better and they offered choices of buying socks that you really wanted instead of one's you don't want.
Do not buy from them. They don't carry the actual product and they will send you whatever they feel like sending you. Wrong size wrong color wrong everything and then you it's too expensive for you to send back and they won't let you get a refund. They tell you you can just give away your order ir sell it if you don't like it. I'd give them zero stars if that was a thing
I have spent a lot of money on Bombas ankle socks in addition to the ones i bought my daughter and grandchildren. All of my ankle socks, almost all 12 pair have big holes in the heal. I reached out to Bombas about this and they immediately told me they would replace all at not cost. They put together my order and provided me an order # and told me they were mailed. 3 weeks later no socks. I go to their sight and talk on line via customer service (who was not at all friendly) I was told that order never went out. So apparently they lied. Right after they said they sent the order they asked me to write a good review, which i did for them. Now I am giving the real review. They lied, they scam which is sad bc i truly believed in them as a company.
Tip for consumers:
Proceed with caution...these socks are too expensive to develop holes within a year of wearing...I wear with slippers with them all the time. there is no reason for the ripping other than bad quality.

socks but i have none left bc out of 12 pair i have 3 socks that do not have big holes in the heel.
I wish I read the reviews in advance. When typing Bombas socks into google this company came up. I assumed they were real Bombas on sale. Rookie mistake. The socks arrived late, and were incorrect sizing. I ordered toddler socks and adult sizing arrived. Customer service was nonexistent and they refused a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Like everyone else, I thought I was buying Bombas from Sockary.com. WRONG! They are NOT Bombas! I ordered $118 of Large and XL Men's "Bombas" socks in several styles. About 1.5 months later, I received a plastic bag crammed full of poorly packaged, teeny-tiny, paper-thin, cheap-looking socks made of 100% synthetic fabric. Upon opening the bag, they instantly yelled, "WE ARE FAKE!" These crappy socks reminded me of Mugatu's model of "The Derek Zoolander Center For Children Who Can't Read Good And Wanna Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too." Only in this case, pretty much everything Derek said before smashing the model is correct. To top it off, every sock has "that annoying seam you can probably feel right now when you wiggle your toes." All joking aside, these socks are unwearable garbage, and I'm mad at myself for failing to recognize sockary.com as a rip-off before purchasing from them. Too late for me now, but not you. RUN, RUN!

I purchased sock, but couldn't even use them if I wanted to. They're tiny!
I experienced the same issues. Fake Bomba socks, wrong sizes, received after Christmas, and was offered a 10% refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Boycott China products!
Be very careful where you order.
Wrong size
Wrong color
Wrong everything.
Can't return
Comes from China it's a mess.
