Personally, I have one of the best experiences buying online from SoftwareKeep. Very responsive and helps you make the right decisions in buying your needed software. I was honestly worried at first since I did not know much about them, but one chat session with Don changed all that.
Purchased Lifetime access to MS Office. Activation code they sent was rejected by MS as "already in use". SoftwareKeep techs could not remedy problem after two days trying. I got tired of sending them screenshots of MS error messages so cancelled the transaction after losing most of two days time drafting an important contract. They refused to send another activation code saying I had not provided enough screenshots. So I asked for my money back and a screenshot of the merchant transaction proving they did so. To date they refuse to do either. Taking your chances with these folks.

I bought a copy of Office 2019 from them. They took 3 hours to send what their website said would take less than 30 minutes, and when they sent a physical copy of the product, it had so many problems it took me 3 hours to find a way to fix it. Their agents like to hand up on the customer, too, even while we were talking - if I said anything the agent did not like, he just hung up!
I bought an office 365 from this company (document 1) and the code they sent me did not work. They have not refunded my request and appear to be claiming its already installed yet Microsoft Assistant does not acknowledge its existence (document 2)

Don't believe the majority of the positive reviews about Softwarekeep. These guys sell pirated software. Do NOT buy anything from this website, unless you want to get scammed. I tried calling to get my money back and the phone number did not work. Once I finally got through, but they just gave me another pirated copy of Office. Very unethical and fraudulent.

Avoid it. It is a scam. They sell pirated software.

My MS Office expired on me after a month so I called. Turns out, it was caused by a trial version. Tim immediately made quick work of it and fixed it for me. Now everything is back to normal! Thanks again!
Code did not work because it said it had already been redeemed. Immediately contacted SoftwareKeep via its chat app and asked for another, valid unredeemed code. Rep (Joe) said I probably redeemed the first one and was trying to get a free new code (why I would do so is not clear). Joe demanded remote access to my computer to check (and assist he said) which I refused. Then he became angry when I asked to just cancel the deal, accused me of not accepting his "help" and said I had to prove that I had not redeemed the code in order to receive refund. How I would do that is not clear. That is when I ended the chat and contacted my credit card company. Could be a scam to gain remote access to computer by sending already-used codes? Be careful when dealing with this company. I quickly purchased and downloaded the product from a more reputable (though more expensive) vendor and it works fine. Did it with a valid access code of course.
Paid for a product that I would install on my computer. Waited about two hours for it to arrive in my email (told 15 minutes) while contacting two support employees who said it will take about 15 more minutes since the order was still being verified. Ending up not even having the product in stock and wasted my time. Now I wait 24-48 hours to get my money back...
Ordered Publisher, paid by credit card. Received an email saying they have to 'verify' the order. Hours went by and nothing. Called in, and they sent an email offering an upgrade to a software we didn't even order. Then they claimed they 'ran out' of the key codes for Publisher. How? Now it will take 2 days to refund the money, when they should have just voided the charge so it didn't go through at all.
Placed my order for MS Office 2016 on Wednesday 5:47 PM and received the product key the next day, Thursday 7:46 AM. The price was very competitive. There were no issues installing the software and registering it. I'm very happy with my purchase. Minus 1 because it took a while to get the product key.
This is a way late review. Several years ago, after my hard drive fried and Microsoft couldn't find the record of my purchase of Windows 7 Ultimate (since the records were on the fried hard drive), used Softwarekeep to get replacement (after reading reviews etc.). First product key did not work (said it was invalid), Softwarekeep sent a second, with which I was able to complete installation. Followed all prompts to register with Microsoft, everything fine for 6 months. Installed no new software in that time, other than updates to existing programs. Then started getting message on start-up that version of Windows 7 was not genuine. Softwarekeep sent a new product key, which I could not install. Emails and phone calls not responded to from that point, at which point I went to different software.
Will never use the service again.
This is an updated review. SoftwareKeep sold me a product that stopped working after I reinstalled windows. After a painful and persistent several days back and forth with customer service, they finally addressed my concerns. To their credit, they went above and beyond with a free software upgrade in the final solution, but the original problem and their initial reaction to it makes me wary.
They sent an invalid AV key. Support tries to google answers. Ray was who I spoke to, and he was not knowledgeable and not helpful. I asked for a refund and they refused. I wasted $50 and 30 minutes of my time.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company. FRAUDULENT!!!!
Buy office directly from Microsoft. Theirs is expensive and renews earlier than just buying it from office directly. Once you enter the product keys getting these details from Microsoft office they will not give you a refund.
Awesome products and technical support. I purchased Office 2010 and 2016 and product keys worked without any hassle! Their customer even game me good pointers about the product which I really appreciate.
Don't fall for all of the fake reviews. This is. A very elaborate scam and most of these reviews are fake. I bought microsoft excel and after I downloaded it, i couldn't open anything. They will also drain your credit card if you cant call in time to stop it. DON'T DO IT. Just buy through microsoft.
I purchased Visio Professional 2016 through SoftwareKeep. Downloaded the software and received the Product Key. Attempted to activate the software and had a Product Key error. Scheduled and appointment with their Tech group for 11:15 a.m. on Sunday. They finally call me at 1:20 pm, worked for an hour and could not fix the problem. I will probably never purchase software through them again.
My project is due tommorow and my Office 365 subscription suddenly expired. I saw their website and purchased Office 2013. Not only they delivered my order in time but I got a sweet discount and upgrade as well! You've just earned a loyal customer! Thank you!
I ordered Excel and got and was billed for Office. Ok, whatever, then when I went to install I got the dialog box that the software was registered to a different Microsoft account. I had not other account. The idiot at the help desk was either sleeping or multi tasking as it took forever for him to respond. After awhile he sent a form for me to rate his service. I said you have not got the software working yet how can I rate you? He said oh darn, I guess that did not work out so well... Finally I got a hold of Microsoft to figure out what other account I could have had. They helped me and it was not even registered to me but someone else. Wow...

If at all possible i would have given this a zero. Since my purchase last week i have been trying to install this software and get the same answer every time the key you provided has been used. I have tried to remidy this with this business, i only get email responses to use the link that tells you how to install the software. It has not worked the first 12 times what difference would it make to try it again. I have given them my phone # on several occasions to resolve the issue and evidently they are not interested once they get your $99 so they reach out im will up this one star but buyer beware it may be cheaper to buy the full product from a repituble dealer like amazon for some real help
Tip for consumers:
do not do it unless you can throw your money away, better yet use it to lite a fire

When you spend your money with a bunch of nerds who think everyone in the world is like them----don't expect any customer service. They will take your money and then blame you for the lack of instructions.
I ordered MSACCESS16. I never received it. I never received a refund. I would send emails and all I ever received was the email telling me I would receive a refund in 48 hours. I was told they were out of stock, however their website has always continued to list it for sale.
In August 2021, we purchased Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 65 bit. Sofrwarekeep had the best price we could find on the web. We downloaded the product and successfully installed it but but the provided product key would not associate with program we tried to register. After considerable on and off communications, repeated clean installations and online troubleshooting with the company representatives, SofwareKeep provided me with a different product key. This too would not associate with the program. SofwareKeep then refunded me the purchase price. Overall, I lost considerable time during the repeated installations and troubleshooting and was delayed in my work. We turned to a different vendor, trustedtechteam.com Their product was marginally more expensive but it installed cleanly and the correct product key became associated with the version I installed.
Didn't realize they were considered 'third party'. Downloaded a product that was supposedly updated and labeled 2019. Only to realize it did not have the add on needed. Did not have anything new or updated compared to the product I already have. Microsoft told me they would refund me 30 days of purchase if it came from them. But since it's through a third party. I would have to take it up with this so-called company. Which they're refusing to do so. Yet, Microsoft allows 30 days? This company refuses to do so after I've had it for a few hours.
Response seem rude from 'ANNE' and their manager 'Denis'. Also the number my husband called seem fake and kept ringing. Don't understand why I can't get my refund from this company when Microsoft tech team even took 30 minutes to try and figure out the issue. Make sure do double check where you're purchasing your product. I had a deadline and this was the top link when I searched the product. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Microsoft itself. As they seem to be very professional and understanding.
Oh all the positive reviews SEEM to be fake and maybe by Denis and Anne.
Bought Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student, they send Microsoft Office 2019 Professional code and instruction, because they sold out on Home and Student. I asked to cancel order and they denied since code was used for software i didnt even bought.
They trying to scam people selling fake licenses.
