Patrick provided excellent, speedy support. Finally I seem to have Microsoft Office running. I did have to wait awhile past my scheduled appointment time, which happened the first time that I got technical assistance as well. I recognize that this is difficult out perhaps there was a way to update me via email or text.

I purchased MS Office from softwareKeep when I still had a 365 subscription. Didn't know it didn't load properly until the 365 subscription ended. The support followthrough and absolutely stellar stay with it finally solved the issue. Turned out a simple delete the program and restart didn't take care of it... but in the bowels of the computer support found threads still lingering that needed to be removed. Finally I can use the software purchased! Thanks to the absolutely phenomenal customer support! Thank you!

Love it now that all is installed. Purchased over the Memorial Day weekend and it took 2 days to receive the product key (their offices were closed). Left msgs because the download was labeled Australia. I did indicate I was in the U.S. and was concerned I had been sent the wrong download. I found out today that the Australia download is universal and works in the U.S. If they had mentioned that upfront I would have had less angst this weekend. I would recommend SoftwareKeep. Great low price and good customer service. Purchasing on a holiday weekend created a delay for me but other than that I am a happy customer!

Ordered MS Office for Mac 2011 and I was able to install and activate the software easily! The only problem I had was that the email containing my download link and key came in almost an hour after the purchase. Doesn't matter, all I'm after is a cheap and working software for my Mac!

I had difficulty downloading office 2010 after purchasing due to my inexperience.
