Personally, I have one of the best experiences buying online from SoftwareKeep. Very responsive and helps you make the right decisions in buying your needed software. I was honestly worried at first since I did not know much about them, but one chat session with Don changed all that.
Purchased Lifetime access to MS Office. Activation code they sent was rejected by MS as "already in use". SoftwareKeep techs could not remedy problem after two days trying. I got tired of sending them screenshots of MS error messages so cancelled the transaction after losing most of two days time drafting an important contract. They refused to send another activation code saying I had not provided enough screenshots. So I asked for my money back and a screenshot of the merchant transaction proving they did so. To date they refuse to do either. Taking your chances with these folks.
They exceeded my expectation. The software came in minutes also the download is fast. We never had any problem with 3 computers.
Lady on the phone fixed the pop-up error which was so annoying. Thank God it's all good now. Everything is working perfectly.
