I got 4 of them, initially got one damaged and I was very disappointed, and contacted the seller and he/she was amazingly responsive, in a few days I had a replacement, and now I got 4 batteries working on my build. Even Will Prowse (the youtuber) made a review of this battery for our request, and he was surprised on how much quality vs price this battery had.
Tip for consumers:
Contact their sales department for any inquiry, they are very helpful, also expect delays on delivery since, the battery comes from China and it is in very high demand because its price and quality ratio.
