Wow, what an experience! Went in not knowing much about what to go with regarding installing a new stereo unit in my vehicle, and Adam Price was extremely informative and told me exactly what I needed! He set me up with everything, and explained how every component works. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Bought a set of speakers. Tried to contact them as soon as I got them. One of them was no good. It was blown. Asked him to do a exchange. They declined and said they won't do anything. Will not do business with them again

Terrible. I'm not one to write bad reviews. 90% of what I write is positive. I'm making an exception here. They sent the wrong speakers, they sent the wrong wiring harness, they sent the wrong bracket. I'm OK with errors. I'll work with you to fix it and get what I need. These folks are rude, dismissive and once they have your $$$ they could care less about mitigating an issue.
I'll spare you the blow by blow, but they refused to accept the items back for a refund (go talk to E-bay. Not our problem) and pretty much hung up on me.
Buy your speakers somewhere else. Everyone has some issues with sending the wrong equipment. That's fixable. This company will not address a problem or even attempt to be polite about it. I'd give them a zero but it wasn't an option in this forum.

Worse company for customers service. Purchase an amplified DS18 speaker and the extended warranty. It did not work so I contacted them for a refund. They decline the refund and will not let me make an online request for an exchange. So my question is if you're not going to stand behind the product you sell why sell it?

Read their warranty information as they do not offer a refund option. Horrible customer service.

This is the most horrible and scandalous company that I have ever came across on in my 43 years here on this earth. My spouse just got fired from this company because he refused to let customers harass him at let them cuss him out and bully him. His supervisor (N*i*c*k) shunned and ostracized him from the very first day he started. This so called supervisor is forcing his workers to lie to the customers and tell them that the products that they ordered months ago are on their way and they are not even getting any new stock in. Therefore it's a classic Ponzi scheme.
They also have deceptive wording on their website that says "available, ships at a later date" and when someone buys something that doesn't exist they still take the money out of your bank account and draw interest off of it. This place needs to be reported to the Consumer protection agency and the Federal trade commission.

I am fed up with Sonic. I ordered a Clarion car radio that comes with a free Bluetooth mic, but because I didn't check the right box, the mic didn't get put in my shopping cart. I called and got put in a 9 minute queue that stretched into 30, with repeated messages that my call would be answered in one minute. Then a representative told me that yes, they would send the mic. Then later I got an e-mail that said - no they won't. So now all I want is to return the radio and get my money back. This is a dishonest company that plays tricks on customers and is not committed to customer service or quality.

UPDATE: After several calls, e-mails and general haranguing, they eventually sent the mic with all kinds of caveats about how they normally don't do this. I am glad they finally relented, but they should simplify and honor their ordering process in the first place. If the Large Print say "free mic with this radio," then the Small Print shouldn't taketh away.

Ive been wanting the VAD******* and i emailed sonic electronix to see if it was going on sale anytime soon and ADAM PRICE emailed me back and handled things for me. Very responsive and just an all around great gentleman. Helped me buy the amp i wanted for a discounted price. What an awesome deal. I ended up buying the amp today. Ive always received great products from them and i love their NVX line. Thank you soooo much ADAM for your help.

Ordered a 4 speaker 1000w set with amplifier... after it was installed I discovered an incorrect packaged amp caused my sound quality to be off. I took images of the incorrect amp that did not have the outputs on it and as it was installed on my bike along with the packaging which was not the same as the images online. I NEVER received a call back from manager and it took more than two weeks of me calling to finally get a refund and even then they charged me a restocking fee although it was told.to me the product was damaged. I ordered this same product yesterday from Best Buy.

Words cant describes how I feel Ms. Jasmyne Rice I want to say Thank you Beautiful for the Best customer service experience ever. My debit card was fraudulently used to purchase an item from her establishment and she went beyond measures to get the funds refunded back to my account. She was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips to prevent this from happening in the future. In my 35 years I have never had a customer service experience such as this I think she deserves a raise. I hope she have a terrific Friday and wish her nothing but peace and blessings.

These guys always get it right! I've made several purchases and I have been happy with everything! The products they handle are great, the shipping is fast, if there is a problem, they handle it properly and very quickly and are singularly focused on making the customer happy. Always a great experience. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Really bad customer service. I bought a Sennheiser IE 80 on 11/25, and they lowered the price the second day. Then I called about the price drop and asked for a price match. The first agent was good but I got disconnected, and I had to call again. Unfortunately, the second one was very impatient and impolite, her attitude was like I was taking money from her pocket. Finally gave up asking for the price match cause didn't wanna talk to her any more. Very negative purchasing experience.

Good service the phone wait is a bit long but helpful. Thought i was going to get adapter plate with unit but was only $11 more. Delivery was ontime and help with install was available. Good choice of products.

I purchased a new stereo headset for my Subaru Outback, I was pleased to see that the purchase included the install kit. When I received the stereo the install kit was missing. I called customer service and was told that the kit was an additional charge. While on the phone with customer service I stepped through the same purchase online and was shown the install kit was included free. I offered to send a screenshot but was told not necessary. The rep would connect me with the supervisor and he would authorize the free parts. After 30 minutes on hold I called in on another phone line and the customer service rep started laughing when I told her I had been on hold for the supervisor. She told me "He is standing right next to my desk I will have him pick up the call" 5 more minutes on hold and when the supervisor, Remington, Came on the line I told him to refund my order. I shipped the stereo back and ordered a different one from Crutchfield.

Was seduced by claims of auto expertise. Ordered car stereo with claim of " everything included for installation in my vehicle". One week later radio arrived, I disassembled my dash and pulled my old unit out, only to find wiring hopeless. I called customer service, and they cheerfully informed me that I needed conversion wiring harness. They agreed to ship me one for free. I reinstalled old radio. One week later wiring harness arrived, I mated it up and again pulled my radio only to find the antenna didn't fit. There was an antenna converter but I was fed up and wanted to return unit. Website refused to process return. A call to customer service assured me, an email with return label would be sent. It never showed and then they ghosted me. I was able to get PayPal to negotiate a return but I was required to pay shipping. All in all a terrible experience.

I used to like doing business with this company but since my last purchase i noticed that it has gone sour customer service is really bad i had two separate issues in wich they totally denied to help in wich i hanged up both time i was so frustrated i know with all du sincerity that i will not do business with them again

look over warranty they say thy offer it but when you need it they don’t honor it only certain items

I bought a radio from here before for another vehicle, everything was fine. Recently just got another radio a few days ago and they sent me the wrong radio harness, then proceeded to tell me I have to pay $90 for the right one, I won't be going back here anymore sad to say

Wow I just had one of the best sales persons ever named Adam Price. He was very patient and understanding about a radio I needed for my Toyota Tundra. Never ever had such a great sales person with the patients and understanding as Adam is. Will be shopping with this company again for sure.Thanks again Adam

Bought a cheap headunit, was crappy but kind of expected. I sent it back and ordered a $500 head unit. Sonic said I never returned the original item even though my wife works for Fed Ex and shipped it to the correct return address. It was verified and signed for, Sonic still claimed it was not returned. Kind of shady, who knows what the truth is. I probably won't buy from them again though.

I bought a Sony Stereo for my girlfriend's car. When I chose it, the site recommended the wiring harness adapter and dash installation kit. When the stereo was being installed by a professional shop, it turns out the adapter was incorrect. So, I had to spend another $100 to get the right adapter. When it arrived, it had an issue with it and the dash installation kit was totally wrong. Had to go to Best Buy and get the right dash installation kit. And the shop had to bypass the problem area in the wiring harness adapter. It seems Sonic Electronix is not into good customer service or quality of parts. In the future, I will be buying any automotive electronics from the professionals at Crutchfield, JC Whitney, etc. Sonic Electronix seems to be run by a couple monkeys in a dirty old garage somewhere. Not worth the time or money.

I waited 9 days after the order and no one reached out to tell me my order was on back order after I spoke to someone over the phone about my order. I cancelled my order just can't understand why no one called me me about my order

I have used SonicElectronix over the years. When I was much younger and now getting back into playing with my car stereo again. I have always had a good experience. Just recently ( 4-30) I called in looking for some information. I got it and then some. I totally understand that places are in the business of making money and selling products. Derricka was the person that I had the pleasure to help me today. She helped me with my situation quickly and professionally. YES, she did try to sell me and normally I don't fall for it. BUT she was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable that I could not resist the deal she was presenting. Over all, I appreciate the transactions that I have had with SonicElectronix each and every time. And now I appreciate the interaction that I had with the customer service representative Derricka as well. Will definitely continue doing business with SonicElectronix.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Sonic Electronix and it's customer service representatives, like Jasmyne (just to name one of the many I have had the pleasure to deal with). The Reps will give discounts even when I don't have a promo code available or mention if I do (something very few online retailers do) and, when they don't have a specific product available, they will offer to look for it through one of their competitors. That treatment, combined with fair prices and discounts, makes Sonic Electronix my go-to retailer for my stereo purchases. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for audio or related items to do business with this company and especially that you ask for Jasmyne for help with your order... she's super nice, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with!

They sent me the wrong $90 wiring harness. I purchase the correct harness for $39 from car audio supply so I could finish the install. They do not answer their phone. They sent me a email saying in 3 to 5 days they will send me a store credit? This is the most scandalous company ive ever delt with.

Sonic Electronix has the best selection and prices on audio gear on a regular basis and I've been a customer for years. I've never needed customer service because their website ordering and shipping is just that good.
