Wow, what an experience! Went in not knowing much about what to go with regarding installing a new stereo unit in my vehicle, and Adam Price was extremely informative and told me exactly what I needed! He set me up with everything, and explained how every component works. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Bought a set of speakers. Tried to contact them as soon as I got them. One of them was no good. It was blown. Asked him to do a exchange. They declined and said they won't do anything. Will not do business with them again

Ordered a radio, after more than a week, asked the status. Was told they weren't sure. But they had taken my money. A week later I'm told it is delayed as they have low stock. I ordered one. So I asked to have the order cancelled. Weeks went by. I called and asked again to have it cancelled and was told to expect the refund in 3 to 7 days. Two weeks later still nothing. And they stopped responding to me. Then I contacted my credit card and they are dealing with Sonic. So I can't recommend using this company for anything.

In the fine print: "Any sign of use - including installation, scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, or similar. Tags, stickers and other manufacturer labels removed or tampered.
Missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged or tampered. "
Oh, and the approved RA I received, it's invalid. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
They will not refund your money if the parts don't fit, even if they say they will.

Tip for consumers:
Just go to Best Buy, good prices and if you don't like it, you can return it.

Products used:
I bought Boss din stereo and 6.5" speakers (web site stated it would fit in my Nissan Versa). The cones were too deep and they didn't work. But the returns expect perfect condition components and packaging.

I bought "Metra"installation kit for off market radio for my car from SonicElectronix Ebay store. The price was good but kit came with the broken clip on the face plate and cannot be installed. According to the company rules, I had to send the whole kit back to get the replacement, but my radio was already installed and I would have to pay the installers to remove and install it again. I asked Kimberly, the sales rep, if I could get replacement only the faceplate with a new one. She solved my problem perfectly by sending me a new kit for my radio. Thanks, Kimberly D.

I like listening to music and I always try to take care of my stereo system in my car. However, recently this stereo system was broken by my buzzed friend, who decided to play tricks with it. I told him that he would pay for the half of the new system because it was broken because of his buzzed actions. He agreed and we faced this service, where we could buy a new stereo system for my car. Fortunately, we found here stereo system which I needed and I ordered it. It was delivered pretty fast and we have already installed it. I believe if my friend wouldn't so buzzed, I would never acquire such a cool system.

But thanks to the hard work. And expertise
Of both Derrika and jasmyne things worked
Out. Also travis and Dustin both proved to be very helpful. My experience with these 4 individuals is the reason i will continue to shop sonic

I recently bought a flip out touch screen stereo from So if Electronix and have to say I am impressed with the quality of the product for such a low price. I really enjoy all the features of it it was a great purchase in my opinion and I would reccomend the product and the website to anybody.

I ordered 2 pair of speakers on Sunday Sept 9th. I was charged for them and received a notice that the "order was in process". The status is still "IN PROCESS" and I have e-mailed, called and tried to chat on line to NO AVAIL. I called 5+ times, waited on hold for the "next available agent" for over 20 minutes each time. I was then told I was "1st in Que" by the automated message, then it told me no one could take my call and to leave a vm. I left vms and still haven't heard from them! I am concerned this company may have gone out of business.

I bought a double din all new inside speakers for my wife's car web sight says they do the research for you and it will send you the parts you need for your install. After recieving my audio equipment I go start tearing my wife's panels off her car to get to all factory speakers went to install the first on does not fit well long story short none of the 6 speakers fit like they said they would they all need spacers to fit. Called the company and all they could say is they are working on getting there info for installs correct. All they could offer me is a sorry and you can return equipment if you want. Pathetic customer service. Took for ever to get ahold of them. (Try crutch field they have all the right info and will give you everything you need to install for free.)

I was looking for a part to help install my car stereo, but it was listed as on back-order, so I called up to see what the availability was and the salesperson I spoke to told me they were supposed to have it in stock in the next few days, and that if I ordered it then, over the phone, he could give me a good discount, and make sure it gets sent out first thing when they receive them. I did end up placing my order at that time, which was July 8th.

The following week I get an e-mail saying that it's on backorder (which I already knew) and to call them if I had any questions. They said it was going to be 1 more week, so I said that was fine. Now 2 weeks later (3 weeks since my order), it still hasn't been sent out. I called a couple days ago to get an update, and the guy was rude, and said he'll have their sales team look into it and they'll e-mail me. 4 days later still nothing. Looking into doing a CC chargeback.
Quite the "deal" I got for sure.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have tried emailing them, tried support tickets, tried CALLING them, and have gotten nothing. I've been unable to track order status, been unable to verify my email with them, and can't even call them during business hours because all I got was them saying "Call back during business hours." And then they dared send me an email asking me to review products which they never even sent me to begin with. No successful contact with them, and no recieved products. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

From the beginning of my order Natasha was extremely professional and helpful. My part I needed was on backorder and she did everything within her power to assist me. She kept me updated on this critical part and I will continue to do business with you because of her.

Watch out cause if they don't have what you ordered they'll send you something else hoping you'll like it. They shouldn't do that or just notify the customer that they don't have it before shipping it out or offer something close to it. I was ready to do my install and send me the wrong items!

Returned an amp. Never received any update about the amp. Had to call to get a status on the amp. The customer service rep was rude! I don't have paypal, and she kept pushing me to use paypal. Then the company charge to return the product to them, charge you to return it to you, then state tech checks was performed on the itemthen charge for that. There's no proof the check was done just want the consumer to take their word.

Leave this company alone

We had been looking for inexpensive par cans and got a really good deal from sonic elecontronics on the LED par cans. I will try them again for other DJ equipment as the cans were shipped on time and intact condition.

Never received my items giving me the run-around they are big liars and they are lazy as f*** I would not recommend buying anything to do any business with these people at all cuz all they going to do is take your money give you the run-around have you fill out all these papers just to get your money back bad bad bad bad bad bad bad overall way bad I would not recommend anybody in America do business with these people. I wouldn't give any stars but to process my review

They sold items stating they would be at my house the next Thursday. Thursday came and they hadn't been shipped. Representative admitted items were on back order. Frustrating they sold items and promised a delivery date, billed my card, and knew they didn't have items.

Ok starting out I ordered a 5 channel amp they said 2 day shipping I got it 4 days later when box arrived there was about 6 inches of space inside with minimal protection for amp, factory amp box showed banged around damage, I had best buy geek squad instal amp the 8 speaker wire hook ups was bent-loose anyway as soon as they turned it on it smoked out DEAD! I called as I wanted a refund they said no credit only because was hooked up! How in the Hell are you to know it's bad if you don't hook it up? Cost me over $11.00 to return to them over there junk WRONG on every level,,,so anyway I had them send a replacement AND same issue box beet up bad, no popcorn protection inside box this amp does work BUT it was not new very obvious signs it was not new after I originally paid for a new amp also took a couple weeks to recieve the replacement,, IM DONE, WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SONIC ELECTRONIX AGAIN!

They will not return defective merchandise under any circumstances, they only make you pay shipping for another defective item. The ONLY way they will return it is if you don't open the box. I got a dead amp and I installed it the next day and the lights wouldn't even come on. Asked to return yet because I "connected power" i couldn't return even though it was obviously defective.

Tip for consumers:
Check Amazon! Amazon will not be so deceitful in returns!

Called yesterday at 10:45am received a message that there was more than 20 calls ahead of me and I could choose to receive a call back which I did. Waited 7 hours and 15 minutes till they closed.no call back called today at 7:00am when sonic opens and received the same 20 calls ahead of me message. 5 hours later and still waiting.

Everything was perfect I have no complaints everything else is perfect speakers fit perfectly inside my car I do want to order another amp because the amp I got isn't going to work but you guys are perfect

After finding out my order hadn't shipped due to my product being on back order or no longer available, I contacted customer service. The service was top notch Derica the first person I spoke with was quick to recognize the issue and Dustin the person I was transferred to resolved my issue quickly and had my shipment on the move! Initial email communication is very lacking but the customer service number made up for it. I've dealt with this company off and on for years now and this was the first issue I've ever had

I ordered Metra speaker adapters for the rear door speakers of my 2010 Kia Soul-!. Install went perfectly until I reinstalled the door panels. The adapters caused the speakers to set out to far. My mistake of reading to much into the job and not calling Sonic to double check. The adapters that came with the speakers worked perfectly.

I got a good set of speakers at a very awesome price couldn't be happier and my speakers got here fast and it didn't cost me no extra charge for shipping and Helen just the regular $5 fee and I had my speakers in 2 days $26 total yes I'm a happy camper I will definitely show up here again and suggest this site to anyone else
