Wow, what an experience! Went in not knowing much about what to go with regarding installing a new stereo unit in my vehicle, and Adam Price was extremely informative and told me exactly what I needed! He set me up with everything, and explained how every component works. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Bought a set of speakers. Tried to contact them as soon as I got them. One of them was no good. It was blown. Asked him to do a exchange. They declined and said they won't do anything. Will not do business with them again

I reached out to SE for an install on my work van and got completely well taken care of. I purchased practically everything from them. A three way speaker set, power wedge sub box, DSP, two amplifiers, sound deadening, and wiring for the entire set up. Dustin handled my purchase from top to bottom and walked me through step by step what fit my budget and technical aspects that helped me maximize my install plan. Go shop there now... right now.

Always had a positive experience with Sonic Electronix. Their pricing is fairly competitive with other major players. Shipping is always fast and support ready available. Website is well thought out and information complete. I have been a customer for many years now without issue. Keep up the great work!

This is my go to place to buy my stereos and accessories! I've been a customer since 2013 there products are always on point and well priced! They include everything you need for easy check out a lot of times free accessories for your install. There customer service is excellent and resolved issues instantly. I recommend buying from Sonic Electronix! Thanks guys!

From the selection of products and the fast shipping. What else is there to say. I recommend purchasing all the accessories they recommend, whether you install yourself or have a shop do it for you. You know that outside of the accessories the only other cost after initial purchase could be new wire. That being said, SonicElectronix makes budgeting really easy.

I hope they read this because they dont read their email correctly.
Shipped on time. Wrong items. They misread serial numbers. Now when you sell multiple items of the same brand names you think they would double/triple check model numbers. Or in my case just grab the first thing that looks close. I got my package and opened the box. It smelled like a wet ashtray. I taped it back up. Smell was bad but it was only inside the box. They let their employees smoke in there warehouse? Now after three days of emails and phone calls they finally give me a free RA. But it was a 80 mile trip for a UPS store for that size of box. I asked for a close USPS but they would not budge. Now the operator on the phone was nice but the dummy on the email did not care and was trying to make me pay the return of wrong items sent. Now Im out $20 gas and a Xmas gift to give because I wont get a refund in time. Not posting this tell I get a full refund in about three weeks?

I placed a order 2.5 months ago that was never delivered and no one signed for. Fed ex said they left on my porch. I have video cameras and they were never at my house. 300$ out the window and sonic wont do anything. I will fill out bad reviews as much as possible on this company now

Shop anywhere but here so tou dont get robbed like me

Absolutely upset at this company. They mark up their items to a higher price but include" a free gift" It's not free because they already up charging you. Then after about 2 weeks of not receiving my product i email them and they say my payment was a fraud and wanted to charge another 200 dollars. Very upset horrible experience would not recommend.

I ordered two speakers off their website, and they only sent me me one speaker. When I tried to get the problem resolved, they asked me to fill out a form, but I don't understand how that's my responsibility for their screw up. All around just horrible service.

They don't honor their return policy. Charged me 25% to return a new deck that was dead out of the box. They won't answer the phone, It took 3 weeks and numerous e-mails to get a response. They have basically stolen my money. Don't do business with them.

I ordered a 500 watt JL Audio mono block amp from Sonic. I hooked the amp up in my Tesla to a single 10" sub I had. The amp provided very little power to the sub. I contacted Sonic to return the amp, which was subsequently denied. I then asked for a simple exchange, denied again. Their hassle free warranty is ridiculous. As another noted below, go with Crutch Field if making an online purchase, you will be happy with not just the product but the service as well.

Do not buy from them, they will not provide what they claim to have and them stall to get a refund processed. If the excuse they gave me is true they do not need to be in business anyway. The item I ordered has been waiting for 18 days to ship, the excuse they provided was the system for getting the items is down and they trying to get it back up. That system was able to print a shipping ticket but not get the item. Then its hard to believe they do not have a manual back-up for system issues, they just need to shut down and leave the online sales to better companies. The sad part is I ordered the open box item to ensure it was in stock since it was needed fast, that did not work out as planned.

I purchased an amp through amazon for sonic electronix and wow garbage stopped working no customer service and the will lie to you just to get you to hang the phone up.do yourself a favor pass on this scam company

I purchased a $500 item from their website based upon the excellent reviews. The item was crap, it was one of these high function car stereos. Nothing worked properly. So I wrote a poor review, not scathing, just repeated my bad experience. 10 days later my review still has not appeared. I believe Sonic to be seeding reviews and not posting bad rating reviews.

I had recently purchased a head unit from Sonic Electronix, but realized it was a little too big for my car. To sort out the issue, I called the company and Cory helped me figure out all of the steps I needed to take to send it back and even recommended what sort of stereo system would be best for my car! He was a great help and a great guy to talk to! Then, I accidentally got two shipping labels for the radio I was returning and had to call again to get the second label voided. Jasmine really helped me solve this problem, and even changed the status of the in-store credit I would receive for the return to refund cash being sent straight to my bank account! She was very nice and had an enthusiastic personality, and sounded like she really loves her job! Now I can get another radio while I wait for the refund! And all of this was smooth sailing because both Cory and Jasmine are awesome Sonic Electronix employees! I am definitely getting more things for my car from you guys.

Every product ordered was exactly as advertised. Customer service was great when the mistake was my fault. Shipping was insanely fast and borderline unbelievable. Would and will order from them again.

I bought 4 speakers a sub and an amp for my son for Christmas from SE. The amp was bad, tried to talk to their tech support but no answer or call back, tried emailing nothing, tried customer service no answer so I ordered another amp from them it worked for 2 days and it broke. Finally got a hold of customer service they told me to send both amps back that was over a week ago and they will not refund my money or send a new amp. Looks like I gotta get a lawyer

Purchased a car stereo receiver a couple months ago; the radio function never worked well; screen was flaky, overall low manufacture quality. Sound reproduction was sadly low. Figured it was what it was; got what I paid for. Right after 60 day warranty expired radio completely failed. Wouldn't turn on; sometimes jump in and out with a skipping sound or not start up at all. Hoped Sonic Electronics would stand behind their product that should in all reality last longer than 3 months, but they did not. Very frustrated.

Just purchased my 2nd car stereo from Sonic. This latest one came with the incorrect harness, but called up and Adam, sales rep, took care of it immediately. He was incredibly professional and made sure everything was in order. Thanks Adam and company!

I have been an avid car audiophile for over 20 years and have purchased from other competitors in the past. Sonic Electronix website interface, selection and service far surpasses any other companies bar none. I'm officially a current and life long customer and will be doing business exclusively with Sonic from here on out. Thanks for surpassing my expectations. Keep up the great work guys.

I gave you a chance to fix this when I opened a case against you with the better business bureau.

Your team opted to tell me to take a hike, so I did.

I took my money to Crutchfield and I'm extremely pleased with what I now have and the services they offer.

I wrote my review over 1 year ago and you just now take the time to respond.

SonicElectronix has wasted my time and money and no pathetic discount offer you ever provide me will ever convince me to do business with you ever again.

And I will forever warn people from purchasing a single fuse, let alone hundreds of dollars worth of car audio equipment from this company again.

Why you ask?

Because you chose to screw me over $100(ish) and 2 months of warranty, after I'd already had the unit replaced with you only a few months before it broke yet again.

You and the company you represent should really rethink your customer service offerings.

Pathetic.

Please understand that we do follow our warranty. You stated that we did not reflect your warranty because it was 2 months out of warranty. Yes, we will say no because again it is 2 months out of warranty. We then reflected you to the manufacturers number. This is what our representatives are supposed to do. I ordered 2 items and they are 3 days late. They took my money and no tracking is available because it says it's invalid. I've been waiting for 2 hours for a return call. Plz plz you guys... do not order from this company or you to will get screwed over

Placed an order for 2 sets of Image Dynamics 5x7's. Waited until the day they were supposed to arrive and checked the order progress. Still said processing. Processing after 3 business days? So I proceed to email them about the issue. In response they say "the item you ordered is out of stock" well why is it listed as in stock online? Come to find out they aren't an authorized dealer for many of the products they claim to be and they don't keep an accurate inventory either. They proceed to offer 3 low quality options from which I can choose. Why would I pick something of lesser quality than what I ordered? It's a shame I even had to reach out to find out about my order and even worse that it took that to find out they didn't have the product to begin with. Definitely will not be shopping with them no matter how much cheaper they are than others. Customer service and quality is more important than saving the few dollars.

Dont know if this is where u file a complaint bought a battery that died in under 90 days the rep told me this battery had a two year warranty never ask me about buying a extended warrantythis is a big inconvenience had tp purchase another battery so my security system will work mor money than i got to ship it back more money will not be buying nothing else

All and all i am more than happy with how quick and affordable sonic electronix is but i was not happy how it was packed or handled first the box was way to big with a lot of dead space which made my 50 pound box unstable second all rhe packing paper was on the bottom of the box not protecting any if my goods and third if im spending hundreds of dollars i at least would like my product packed correctly and labeled fragile since they are sending electronics but i will always order from them hands down
