I really love this site! Has everything I need for my car audio needs. Every time I have ordered from them it arrived fast!

This is my first time purchase and it went perfectly. Quick delivery and exactly what I ordered. Certainly will continue to use Sonic Electonix.

After extensive research found an amplifier I liked. They also carried the LC7i I wanted at a price $60 lower than everywhere else, and a set of RCA 4 channel cables. Ordered these.

Problem 1. Input a coupon code from their own website (saving 15% or about $37), but it failed to register. Had to phone a rep to resolve it. He fixed the problem, then advised me to pay through PayPal to avoid any further problems.

Problem 2. Later that evening I got an email from them saying they refuse to send my order untilI phone them again and verify my address. What happened to PayPal avoiding problems? I went to their website to check my account. Address was correct. I blew it off, assuming it was a hiccup.

Problem 3. The next day got the same email again asking me to phone them.

Problem 4. Okay, I tried to phone them, but after 10 min on hold I gave up.

Problem 5. About 4 hours later I tried phoning them again, hoping for less traffic, but again gave up after 10 min on hold.

Problem 6.3rd call next day my phone hung up on its own after 6 min on hold.

Problem 7.4th call next day after 9 min on hold got a message saying I was 9th in queue, gave up.

Rang credit card to cancel charge, ordered products from other merchants. Website / acct showed my items still in cart, not sent 4 days after paying.

Problem 7. Day 5, got an email saying they had sent my stuff. Unbelievable.

I always but my car audio from Sonix, they have the best customer service, and best deals hands down!

I ordered from Sonic Electronix, I bought a 8in enclosed Rockford Fosgate subwooferfor like 280.00 once I got it installed you could tell that there was something wrong. I think you had problems with the wiring somewhere inside of it sound would go off and on the bass would go on and off and be distorted so I immediately contacted Sonic Electronix. I called customer support waiting on hold for 25 minutes the first time it was told very rudely that I need to get a return number so I started that process once that process was started it told me that I was had to wait for my return number and it would be emailed to me 4 days goes by nothing I called again and waited on the phone for another 20 minutes talk to some lady. I also put a correspondence in online through Sonic Electronix website. I was told by the way there's nothing I can do till I got a return number to the returns department and then my correspondences was answer the next day telling me that would not get a refund and I would have to return it and maybe to get credit or another one in replacement I got him with the customer service how long I had to wait and then it becoming broke I didn't want nothing else from them the rude the products suck and it take forever to get go anywhere else but them and you'll do better off

Ive search high and low for great prices on my audio products. Time after time I find the best prices at sonic Electronix.

I called the toll-free number to ask questions about the product I ordered and I was on hold for just over an hour that is totally not right

My name is Katrina and I ordered a subwoofer and a amplifier from Sonic Electronix. I received my subwoofer within 3 days absolutely outstanding. But I have not received my amplifier yet I would look out my door every day it never came around the 7th Day I called the company and a gentleman named Quentin A. Answered the phone with a very pleasant voice I told him I have not received my amplifier that I had order a check and said it was because it was out of stock it was a miscommunication on my part when I read shipped at a later date I thought maybe it would just come later which in fact that means out of stock. I asked him if he could find me an amplifier that was equal or lesser in value a couple of the ones he found or more expensive a lot of things you looked up we're out of stock. I was getting ready to give up after he was working so hard I told him unfortunately I was going to just received my money and he said I'm not giving up he looked I found the most amazing amplifier better than the one I wanted and a dollar and some change cheaper than the one I want to I'm extremely happy with the customer service we laughed and talked extremely nice man if I ever have any problems in the future I hope that I do get him again I don't think anyone else could have helped me like he did thank you Quentin A.
