I was amazed to find out that Sonora Quest has locked me out of my account. I can no longer see my lab results on their portal. I can't even access their portal now. Even if I try and use a different browser, I can't get into my account. I get the typical 403 error on the screen. The reason for this is that they have decided that VPN is not allowed on their system. So, once again a company that is more concerned with their protection than yours. The thing is, that even if you disable your VPN you still won't be able to get in because they have black listed your computer. The only way to get in now is use a different computer or a smart phone. Unbelievable. I called them to tell them of this issue, but they already new about it. Their typical answer is for you to use a smart phone or try a different browser or use a different computer. This is not a solution. I suggested to the support person that they should escalate this up the channel. I guess we will see if this gets any traction.
