Soulladywigs

I ordered a wig from this manufacturer, SOULLADY, expecting a wonderful work of art. As a mature woman aging in her graces, I saw it as a compliment to my sense of self and style.
Well... that didn't happen. I ordered product in September, their advertising said your wig will be delivered in 3-6 days...we are now approaching 7 WEEKS!.
I emailed the company on status of delivery and received not the product but a continuous stream of excuses and bull$#*!. I asked repeatedly for a refund and each time I did...all I got was, " Hi friend ", excuse, excuse, excuse.
This company is not one that I would recommend. As their business practice is not stable and not honorable on the up.
I still do not have my paid for hair... and it looks like I won't. But I will not accept the fact that these people are advantageous and appear not to be legitimate. My advice, either do extensive research on their business practices or avoid their site. I AM going to get my money...BACK!
