The worst transaction I think I've experienced ($2400 for Klipsch speakers). I went through 8 days of daily stress trying to resolve a problem created by Ron of Sound Seller llc, who after two days of no communication, emailed to say he'd need to cancel the order. A few minutes later he messaged again to say he'd now despatched the order. It then turned out that he had used the wrong courier labels with UPS (worst courier on Earth). Seller's communication style is, to say the least, laid back/ disinterested. So I ended up stressed because he appeared to be doing little to resolve the situation.
I had 7 days of waiting in phone queues, multiple lengthy phone calls to UPS, lengthy online chat with Ebay, and sent numerous emails trying to sort the seller's mess out, 3 days of lost income waiting at home for delivery based on misleading UPS tracking estimates, a Paypal case (seller didn't respond to any messages sent via Paypal). One migraine later, I finally resolved it myself in a couple of days with UPS by writing to the CEO.
There is no excuse for doing business this way.

2 Stars = Poor service or goods. I do not recommend.
1 Star = Incompetence/ dishonesty/ negligence/ avoidance of responsibility. Stay away; the worst of the worst.
