Although they must be working from somewhere on the other side of the globe (we're in the USA), the response from chat and support tickets is always excellent. The timeliness and accuracy is very good, and there is no language barrier -- I assume English is a second language for most of these folks but you wouldn't know it from the text on the screen. Five stars!
