I ordered a dress. When I received it I was so excited. It was made with extremely nice materials. But when I tried it on it was too small. Returning it was very easy & I ordered more dresses! I absolutely LOVE the Quality!

The dress was exactly as it was portrayed on the website so was the belt. The dress was a little larger in measurements than what the website portrayed so my wedding dress was a little bit big but it was absolutely beautiful, if I'd had time to make alterations it would have been perfect but it was my fault that I did not. As for the belt it was absolutely gorgeous but it was very poorly made and poor and quality as it broke within the first 10 minutes of wearing it. It was absolutely beautiful but the craftsmanship of the stones was not good at all.

I was impressed by the staff's willingness to grant me store credit when a package failed to be delivered to my home and I couldn't resolve the issue with USPS. I truly appreciate the company's way of handling the issue! Great customer service.

I wanted a dress that wasn't to expensive but good quality. A dress that wasn't over the top but had a more boho feel. I've ordered from southern fried chics many times, from boots to dresses and have NEVER had a problem! Plus they let you make payments and you can always find great deals. I've always got tons of compliments on my dresses and they are so great for photos, weddings, maternity, any type of occasion. If you know your measurements you shouldn't have any issue with sizing and if you're unsure you can always reach out to the customer service or the VIP group on Facebook!

I ordered a pair of boots from this company. I ordered a half size larger than I wear just to make sure I could wear them. I couldn't even get one one. So I immediately looked for how to return them. After jumping through hoops and requesting a simple return, and even being willing to eat a 20% restocking fee for a product that didn't work through no fault of my own, I was told my return was "rejected" without a reason. So $172.00 later I have a pair of poor quality boots that I can't wear.

Buyer beware. These chics are on the take.

Absolutely love the cow print and turquoise Sherpa look. The only cons are the fact that it is thinner than most sherpas and it sheds like crazy on your underneath shirt or blouse. Other than that it looks beautiful on and gets tons of comments.

I had ordered a dress and the wrong size was shipped to me accidentally, I contacted customer service and they immediately got back with me and started working the issue out. It was such a great experience and the issue was quickly resolved and they more than made it up to me. 10/10 I highly recommend SFC because they have the cutest stuff and if there's hiccups in the order process they are rock stars when it comes to smoothing it out.

This company is so well put together! The staff are kind, and always on top of any concerns I have (which are few). The quality of merchandise is top-notch! I also love how affordable it is as well! SFC for the win!

Even with all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and the HUGE sales being offered that were selling out within minutes, they still managed to get my order out and to me within the week! High quality products and great communication.

I ordered a mystery bag and love all of it except the fact I got bridal belts in it. I know it's a mystery but I really wish it was more accessories that go for anyone. They're gorgeous but I won't use them!

I got this bodysuit quickly from the time that it was ordered to delivered.
The "rosé all day" bodysuit fits great! I'm a 36DD and usually wear a size 10 to 12 or 30"- 31" for my pants size depending on the brand/comfort level and I purchased an extra large in this bodysuit. It's comfortable and I got so many compliments from strangers (men and women) saying how fabulous it was while we were out celebrating our wedding anniversary. My husband and multiple friends thought that it was a shirt they couldn't even tell it was a bodysuit.

I purchased in November never received anything my total was 168$ i emailed them the said id recive it in December never did, email again they put me on auto reply, i want a refund at this point there now ignoring my emails there the worst company Ive ever purchased from do not buy from them!

Ordered hundreds of dollars of not preorder items back in October and still have yet to receive them! I reached out and they were incredibly rude, condescending and horrible! They don't allow refunds which is insane! They need to be closed and sued.

I had been eyeing a really cool sparkly romper for a while and finally ordered it. It came fairly quickly and when I put it on, wow! It is a showstopper for sure! Beautiful and great quality. I am super happy with my purchase.

Dress was absolutely beautiful! However it fit WAY too small. I got an XL and got a medium to large in most brands and I could not zip it up around the midsection and even if it was to zip, it was incredibly short.

I had ordered a sweater it took a little longer to get here due to the holidays but it arrived just in time. I love the sweater it was super soft and comfortable. I order a size up just in case and it is true to size I have a lot of room left over but I prefer that way.

I love (love love) the products I ordered from My Southern Fried Chics! I ordered a sequined romper for my 40th birthday pics, and as soon as I received it and tried it on, I told everyone it is my favorite outfit ever. I want to be buried in it. Shipping was fast! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my cow print jacket. It is super soft and cozy. It's not to thick but does the job. Size wise it's definitely true to size, I'm normally between a medium and a large and I got a medium and it fits perfectly.

I purchased the ankle beige fringe boots. I am a size 10. They are a SMALL size 10, they are tight. But do fit. Maybe they will stretch out slightly as you wear them? Or use a boot spreader. But they are super cute!

I ordered the neon lights shimmy me dress, and it's amazing for so many reasons. First of all, it's reversible; so there are options for your tator tots! The sequin detail is premium and sturdy, as I wore mine with my toddler to an Easter parade and it held up well! It's also the perfect length, not too short and above the knee. The weight of the dress also helps keep the dress from blowing up from the wind

I purchased this dress to wear for upcoming pictures for my husband and I's 25th wedding anniversary, tried it on and was absolutely in love with the dress, great fit and it is comfortable. Very well made.

These crazy ppke keep screwing up n blaming computer. Prob should check on that. Sending a sob story of your life doesn't change your business ethnics n it should! Guess some us tk responsible for mistakes, yes I own my own business so I do understand. But I would never say here's your refund, we marked up item n now you can go bk n purchase at higher price. Again lay of the self tanner n those selfie pics and maybe your brain can run a business! Funny how you hv zero return policy on any item you sale! That just shows you stand behind nothing you are putting into the public, shame shame ladies!
