Just got another statement to be paid. This is like a game for Spectrum.
I was at the local store last week and the Manager corrected my statement to be lower.
Today I get an email with the statement due and IT IS HIGHER THAN I have seen!.
I am a retired man that served in the military. I was told that I would get some discounts.
LIARS!
I will do my best to get away from Spectrum as soon as I can!
WARNING TO OTHERS. Stay away from Spectrum if at all possible!.

SHOP for other providers.
Spectrum is beyond comparison. Very expensive and confusing!. One can never trust what they say!

Trying to cancel Spectrum tv 7-day free trial, customer service keeps telling me I don't have it. I Signed up on the 5th of March. Today is the 8th of March. It is an app on my tv and I can clearly watch tv and movies. I have requested they put a note in my account saying I have tried to cancel the 7-day trial as I do not want to get charge after my trial period ends. No luck of canceling as of yet
