When I contacted the company to let them know the charger was getting too hot, they told me they had received other complaints of that type, and they would happily send me a better changer from their new supplier - no charge for shipping! That's good customer service! They listened to their customers, made necessary changes, and made good on past sales. Excellent.

When it stopped working all together, I took it to the Apple store and was told that it was a fraudulent, knock off from their brand. The Apple rep said I was lucky that it broke before it fried my laptop. Such a shame that ethical business practice is so hard to come by. Now, the website says "coming soon." Hopefully they've been shut down.
Like some other people have already stated, there is nothing "speedy" about this company. They act like they are completely at the mercy of USPS and that the lack of tracking accuracy has nothing to do with them. I too have been waiting nearly a week for something ordered first-class. They have one kid, poor fella, fielding all of the complaints and there is no way to speak to anyone else in the company as he admits, the "response" team are only available via email. Trying to talk to somebody who knows what's going on there is like trying to reach the president. Something very shady about this business. Like the other guy said, I've had much more expedient and professional service from the average eBay seller.

I have been waiting for this product for two months. Does the company have automated responses? That is the exact same response I received 2 weeks ago, promising the product will be delivered in a few days. Haven't receive anything until now!

Customer service to the rescue! Working on a critical project and needed battery, product delivered in the nick of time. Had some problems but they were resolved, Speedy Chargers was best price so I choice them and got the best price. Alls well that ends well!
My charger works great and it was a huge relief to be able to find one at this price. The website is really easy to use and find your right model.
There was a slight shipping snafu since I ordered it right around Easter when a lot of packages are being sent out by the easter bunny, but customer service responded to my email right away and everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful about the whole thing.
This company is a scam, if you purchase from them you will be waiting for a very long time and you will never received the item. They don't provide tracking number and they never answer their phone. NO Customer Service! Be very Careful of speedychargers.com
Speedy Chargers is a fraudulent business. I wish I could leave 0 stars -- I ordered a new Mac charger from them in June, and they sent me a cheaper, old model that isn't compatible with my computer. The return process has been a nightmare. Though I sent the faulty charger back to them and USPS tracking confirmed they received it over a month ago, I still have not gotten my refund. I have to get my money back through Paypal.
Trying to speak with anyone at this company is IMPOSSIBLE -- they ignore emails and repeated phone calls. Do yourself a favor and buy your computer parts elsewhere.
I got the charger for my Mac with a 1 year warranty. The charger stopped working in a couple months. I've been trying to get in contact with the company through email or phone, but to no avail. They are a fraud.
Not "speedy" at all. Ordered a basic mac cable last Friday at 1:00 EST (11:00 PDT). Paid extra for 2/3 day expedited shipping, The following Tuesday no word on the status of my order being shipped so I called company. Their automated message said inquiries about order status need to be emailed. So I emailed them at 2:00 EST. Received a reply at 5:00 EST the next morning with a shipping link to my order. Order from last Friday didn't get shipped til late Tuesday night (course, no link was emailed to me at that time) & order is expected to be delivered this coming Friday, a full week after I placed my order with expedited shipping for a basic cable. Waste of time & money. I've ordered from many individual ebayers who can fulfill, deliver & communicate much better than Speedy Chargers.

I researched batteries for my 2008 macbook pro and, in most instances, found them to be prohibitively priced for the value of the old laptop. Then I located Speedy Chargers and found my battery for a very, very reasonable price. I ordered it; it arrived at my home in less than a week, and my old laptop is like new!

Completed my order of 60W Magsafe Charger Replacement For Apple Macbook Pro 13" on their website. Ordered on a Thursday, received product on following Monday. They sent emails after purchase and upon shipment (which contained tracking number).
Packaging was adequate. Quality of product matched original Apple device. Product worked well, at least for this first day.
So far, delighted with experience.
My MacBook Pro battery died in the middle of an important project and I needed a new battery. I was unable to find one locally, so, turning to the web, I found SpeedyChargers, who had everything I needed. There was a problem with my order, but the staff at SpeedyChargers took responsibility for the mistake and resolved the problem professionally and to my great satisfaction. It took longer to get my battery than I had anticipated, but I am very pleased with how my case was handled.

Terrible product, terrible costumer service, terrible company. Do not buy. Suck it up and buy a genuine Apple product, otherwise you're simply gambling with the life of your computer.
