Honestly, zero stars is the way to go here. They are a china based company. My daughter bought a branded jumper for £45 from them. This is a lesson learned about buying from un-trusted online retailers. Anyway, they sent something but it was effectively junk. They blamed their shipping company for the mistake and said they wanted to help fix it. They claimed they are willing to try ship a replacement item but only if we pay for the shipping (£20) this time. They are making the problems with the shipping company our problem, which is obviously a very bad practice. Anyway, they keep replying to my emails where I demand a refund but they always reply with the same basic message about paying the shipping.

Obvious fraudsters and scam site! Do not use!
