My husband and I decided to be Chuckie and Tiffany Valentine for Halloween. His overalls were really big they was a large/extra large, but we pinned it up and we made it work overall. Very good quality.
For as long as i can remember, spirit Halloween was one of the best places to be as a teenager out of high school on a weekend with your friends. Now that I am an adult I see things differently. The products they sell even the most expensive will last maybe 2 years tops! So if I spent 500 on a animatronic its trash in 2 years. Not only is this a environmental disaster its a money scheme. Sprit Halloween does this on purpose, it is their financial expectation and built into their business model. Spirit Halloween, it does not have to be this way! You and your executives and L1's can change this and make it great again!
I placed an order on October 10th and it is now Oct 24th. My package is "stuck" in Indiana since the 11th. That is all the information I have. I have looked up the tracking number on FedEx, where it says it shipped from, and USPS, where Spirit Halloween says it will be delivered. Called customer service to talk to a real person, only to hear they are busy and hung up on. I went to the post office and they said it is still in Indiana and that's all they can tell me. So I just ordered from Amazon to get here tomorrow. Hopefully they will not ruin my 10 year olds Halloween. Oh yeah, spirit also upcharged my purchase. Said what the price was then gave me a different subtotal and added taxes to that total. I'm very interested in why that was. If I ever get to talk to a "real person" questions will be asked.
Hi, I bought a Custome that it's from My Heron Academia last week. According to the package, it says it's size Smal but when I opened it, it was gigantic. There's no way that's size Small. So I tried to return it and I was told that the custome wasn't returnable anymore. I paid $50 for the custome and it's not my fault that it was gigantic. There should be some flexibility. The only thing the person I talked to said that it could be exchange but I don't want to expend $50 for another item that maybe won't fit. How can I trust. I understand there is a policy but there should be some flexibility for items that are expensive. Very disappointed with the store. I tried to contact customer service but it was like a dead end. No way to talk to someone that can help.

Please do not order from here. The shipping is a bait and switch. If you order 2 day shipping it takes 3-4 days to come (listed no where on the order page - it only says 2 day shipping). I ordered the morning of the 25th and my order is not arriving until late at night on the 28th. This is almost 4 business day shipping. They won't refund my money for the shipping and my kid won't have her costume for trick or treat. This is not standard for a retailer that ships (I order everything online)!

I bought the Sam Funko Pop Figure Deluxe MONTHS ago (Order Date: 08-05-2020). I got a confirmation when I bought it and yet still haven't revived anything. I try to email them, no reply. I contact them on FB, no reply. Pretty sure I was scammed. Never buy anything online from these guys. Buyer Beware!

After placing my order on 09-24-23, i read on the website i placed this order on, ships within 3 business days.i receive the item 19 days later, now with this being too late, i choose to make a return and i am expected to pay the shipping fee for the mistake and misleading this establishment caused. So now i am paying for it to be shipped to me and returned, I had also tried calling to speak to someone about this matter and was told, there would be a 2-3 hour wait time to speak to someone. There is something very shady about this place, and i would not recommend doing any purchase from them. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Got the run around with these pop figures. Ordered in July. They said backordered. I then see them available on website I reach out. They assure me they are shipping i wait!
Now I reach out weeks later they say it's canceled. Why?!?!? They can't say why! But I can reorder and get shipped after thanksgiving!

I made my purchase at the Solon, Ohio on Saturday the 19th on my way to work. When I tried it on later that evening I discovered that one size does not fit all, it wouldn't even go past my shoulders.
I was going to return it for a refund and then discovered that they only accept refunds through the 18th. I tried the online chat and it was off. I called their customer service number and was informed there was a 30 minute wait time.
Based on my experience I guess I'm out 20 dollars. Avoid this place.
Unbelievable local stores aren't taking calls (I wanted to know if they had an item). Only number was corporate, phone menu selection indicated they could assist. After an extensive hold they referred me to instacart and refused to assist me saying they have NO AVAILABLE INFO. Instacart requires an account to use their services. Spirit Halloween will never get any business from me!
I went to the Airport road location in Allentown, PA.
Customer service was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The young woman I talked to was the assistant manager. She helped my family and I find matching costumes and up sold us many accessories. She was so kind to my son and even helped him for over 20 min find what he needed. He is disabled and all he could talk about when we got home was his experience with this young lady. I will write a review everywhere just for people to meet this beautiful young lady. Her name tag said Lexi. I will be going back JUST FOR HER

I was BEYOND shocked that everything worked as well as it did, and the quality? Even the jumpsuit itself is beyond comfortable. The pistol belt may be a bit wonky but I think I just don't know how to use it, ha. Everything else, the walkie talkie, EPK METER, and ghost trap all function perfectly - and I am beyond excited for both future cosplays, and Halloween!

I went to Spirit Halloween in Deland, Fl and the manager ordered me a Fox costome the week before Halloween. He told me that it would be in three days. On the forth day I call the online site and they told me I would get my costome that Wednesday after Halloween. The customer service lady said they would send one over night. The day of Halloween still know costume. Call and they told me i won't be until next week after Halloween. Very upset. Won't order again from this company and will refuse both costumes.
I contacted Spirit at the end of October due to an issue with a costume I had purchased. They got back to me at the beginning of November and told me they would issue a refund. They called and left a message, so I called back and the person who answered the phone basically told me to call back the next day to get the original person I talked to on the phone. I couldn't believe customer service told me to call back because they refused to help. So the next day someone else calls and says they'll just process the refund for me. They take my original method of payment (credit card info) and said it would be 7-21 business days. This was on November 7th. Once it hit 21 business days I reached out multiple times with no response AT ALL! They took my credit card info so now I'm just wondering what they really did with it because here we are at the end of December and NO REFUND. They just took my credit card info for fun I guess or who knows what really happened to that information.

30-minute wait on telephone to reach customer services. Still requiring I wait 21 days for refund with no explanation why. The entry process has been exhausting. Please look elsewhere for Halloween items. Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Hobbie Lobby, Party City, Lowes, Home Depot, Sams Club, Walmart and Kohls.

The SpiritHalloween in downtown Chicago on E Addams Street is decent when it comes to selection. I'm guessing it will still be there even when other stores start putting away their costumes in favor of Christmas decorations just days before Halloween. However, the bag check in service at this particular store was pretty rude, this store would've gotten a much better rating if it weren't for the very rude costumer service at the bag check in station.
I made an online order and clicked to have my shipping address the same as my billing address. Everything looked great when i checked the details and i submitted my order. Once my order was accepted i noticed that they didn't have my unit # added to my mailing address, although it was added on my billing address. DO THEY EVERY ANSWER THE PHONE?! I've been calling non stop since yesterday but keep getting the "our phone lines are currently closed" message. So is that permanent? I have also emailed with no reply, FB and Instagram, and can't seem to access their chat service? SO UPSET i am in Canada and with the conversation rates and shipping fees i'm out $400+ and am just beside myself. I will be taking this higher up and getting my lawyer involved if Spirit Halloween doesn't correct this. Because as of right now without my unit # the order is just going to go nowhere, be sent back, and i won't even get a full refund. JUST AWFUL. STAY AWAY.

I totally understand why stores do not except Halloween returns after October 31st. Spirit of Halloweens return policy is so ridiculous after October 24th you cannot return your items it is exchange only. No store credit nothing. Not only that there customer service is awful. Do not shop at this store it is just a big money grab.
Me and granddaughter went one on wolf road albany ny as she was tryin out displays we kept gettin followed by a worker he never introduced hinself he had his worker tag on we were about to purchase 2 costumes but decided not to because he followed us like we were going to steal very disrespectful very uncomfortable feeling had very disappointed 5yr i had to explain why, ladies behind counter were on there phones no greetings as people walk in this is how companies go out of business.
I ordered my sons costume online on 9-26-20 and still have not received my order on 10-16-30. I emailed twice and all they could say is they don't know when they will get the costume.?!?! What?! Aren't you a costume store? So until then, they wouldn't be able to tell when it would ship. I couldn't hold my breath so I asked for a refund. She said in 24 hours i'd get a notification for a refund, and I didn't even get that and it is now 10-20-20. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Shame on you spirit Halloween for this similar problem everyone is going through. You need to do something to fix this. Never again will I shop here.

I wouldn't buy water from this place if I was dying of thirst. I went on October 19th to purchase a costume not only did they not have what I wanted they told me the probably wouldn't be getting anymore so I just picked anything I could find. I then found what I wanted online at another store and picked it up. When I went to return the costume they said they won't because it's after October 19 and they won't do any returns after that date. I could see this but the package was never open not even taken out of bag from the store I have the receipt and it does not say a thing about no returns nor does it say in the store. I think this store is horrible management is horible and besides this the half hour I was left on hold with Noone picking up prior to me coming to return just shows how bad this store is never again and I will make sure my friends and family members won't go there
So i bought a $40 pilice officer costume size sm 3-4 for my 3yr old son who loves cops. On HALLOWEEN around 3pm i went to put it on my son. The custume was a size lg 12-14 i called spirit, they were Not helpful at all. Pretty much said oh well. That they will talk to there staff.
I ordered a costume through the site in July. On the expected arrival date, the USPS tracking number said that it had not yet arrived at USPS. Contacted guest services who said that it looked like the order had been lost in transit and a inquiry with USPS would take up to 21 business days. It is now mid-September and I have no update, no item, and no refund. Once this is settled, I will never be doing business with Spirt Halloween again.

BEWARE online orders! Ordered a costume for my son, came in a crappy bag and was broke, ordered a size medium and they sent an Exta-large. Online it states you can exchange in store. Went to the store to exchange it, and there is a current price difference between online and instore. I was told I could exchange in store but only if I paid the difference. WHAT A SCAM!

I guess I'm not the only with issues ordering the Funko Pop of the Sanderson sisters. I preordered it on 7/15 and then received an email at the end of August saying that per my request the order was cancelled. I never cancelled the order. I emailed them and they said there a glitch in the system and I could just reorder it. Well, it's sold out and they said there was nothing they could do. It's not my first time that an order was messed up because of a glitch in the system.
Bought a costume on 10/20 and on their website it said I should have received it by Halloween. All normal, got a confirmation I was happy. I wait a couple days, and on the 28th they tell me that they don't have the item that I bought so they cancel my order and all they did was give me some bs coupon that wasn't really different from the free ones they give out to everyone. I am still also getting emails to this day from this transaction which is kind of annoying. Very unprofessional and they kind of ruined my Halloween.
We bought an inflatable t-rex on October 29th and we kept it packaged until the 31st to use it. The fan malfunctioned almost immediately! I took it back for a refund and because it was after the 26th, they won't take it back. It was just shy of $75 spent. There was no signage stating the return policy and no cashier made us aware. The only "warning" we got was on the receipt! AFTER it was purchased! The employees were less than accommodating to say the least. What a HORRIBLE company. They won't be getting my business again.
