My husband and I decided to be Chuckie and Tiffany Valentine for Halloween. His overalls were really big they was a large/extra large, but we pinned it up and we made it work overall. Very good quality.
For as long as i can remember, spirit Halloween was one of the best places to be as a teenager out of high school on a weekend with your friends. Now that I am an adult I see things differently. The products they sell even the most expensive will last maybe 2 years tops! So if I spent 500 on a animatronic its trash in 2 years. Not only is this a environmental disaster its a money scheme. Sprit Halloween does this on purpose, it is their financial expectation and built into their business model. Spirit Halloween, it does not have to be this way! You and your executives and L1's can change this and make it great again!
Came in earlier to buy some spooky decor. I found this doll that I thought would be the perfect touch for my front yard. It is the best purchase I've ever made and would 10/10 recommend this store.
Edit: An extremely rude call agent called back and told me I have to file a police report! They refused to give me a refund! The Better Business Bureau has been notified.
I ordered animatronic scarecrow from Spirit Halloween on September 19,2018. I also ordered an animatronic ghost with this same order. The total amount for the order was $311.90 USD. The animatronic ghost was delivered as ordered, but the scarecrow did not arrive. Their website does not allow customers to view their tracking information if not in the US or if you do not have an account. I have kept the order number and I have emailed the company to the whereabouts of my scarecrow three times now. I have never received a reply. My mom bought a costume for my son the 30th in the afternoon, but did not buy the one he wanted. Went back the 31st in the morning and they would only exchange it for something else. The did not have the costume my son wanted so I did not wanted an exchange. I am keeping a costume as a reminder not to buy from them in the futures. These pop up kiosks are not to be trusted. I will use party city and amazon not these fishy stores that pop up in Halloween just to make profit and con customers
Customer service on line was great, my order got delivered to a convemience store near where the recepient lived. I never received a email it was there, the tracking did. This was in Toronto, the person got their gift. Tòo much in shipping costs to Canada.

I ordered a costume on a Saturday and paid $20.00 for the two-business-day arrival promise. It did not arrive until the FOURTH business day which was the day my daughter was supposed to wear it to school. It was delivered after her school day started.
When I sent a note to the company asking for a refund of the $20 shipping charge, here is what was said by the company:
"As for the shipping, your order was shipped with 2-day shipping which can take 2 to 4 business days to receive. Your order was delivered within that timeframe. We apologize for any confusion." Additionally, they flat out lied about the postage because even the employee at the post office told me this was not shipped express (as I had been told) but, rather, with regular postage. So they are stealing our money by promising express 2-day arrival and requiring $20 for that service.
Do not buy from this company online. As you can see, they have an average 1.32 stars which speaks volumes about their poor customer service. There are plenty of other Halloween stores and of course, there's always Amazon which values their customers and bend over backwards to please. Stick with them.

I ordered $60 worth of stuff from this company six weeks later nothing I sent them multiple emails nothing in return. This company is a scam going through my credit card to try and get my money back.
I ordered a Hocus Pocus costume on 8/14 that was supposed to ship on or before 9/30. I ordered to wear at a Halloween party in Disney World. I contacted them on 10/1 because I still had no shipping notification. They said it was in warehouse and would ship in a couple of days. I asked to upgrade to overnight shipping so that I would get it in time and got no answer. I tried to use the online chat option and the guy (Steven) told me it had been pushed to 10/15. I told him that someone told me it was in warehouse and it was supposed to ship before 9/30. He said well it won't, do you want to cancel. No apologies, nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. Awful customer service and was left to put together a new costume in four days.
I went the store today to buy a costume for my 10 year old son, of course the fitting rooms are close, so I ask the cashier if the size for the one size fits most will fit him and he said yes, i went home and no, the costume is a infaltable costume i went back and the manager at the Moontwood location was so rude, she didnt want to help. My son is 10 the costume already inflate which they didnt inflate all the way fits mayne like a 6 year old so now my son stayed with a $65 dll costume in a bag and nothing to wear tomorrow. Its so sad because i wanted to at least exchange witch i was about to pay $79.99 for that but they said No.

Had a funko pop for sale on their website and did not say out of stock, after purchasing and waiting 2 weeks, I had to call for a shipping update because the tracking # I was given didn't work. Turns out my item was on BACK-ORDER and no one at spirit made that known! My 2 other items FINALLY came AFTER my back order, which makes no sense and was literally thrown is a plastic spirit bag with zero wrapping! Just in the bag loose. First and last time shopping!

I bought 2 costumes and both were missing items from the packages. I went back to the store and was told that I couldn't get a refund because refund date was on the 19th but items were bought on the 25th they even told me I couldn't exchange so I was basically stuck with incomplete costumes. NEVER again am I spending me money here. Customer service is very unprofessional both in store and over the phone. The guy basically told me it's my responsibility to check all of the items. Don't they ask to NOT open packages? SCAM
I had placed an order online and had never received my package, when I called the customer service number to find a solution, not only was the ascoiate unhelpful, but they were rude aswell. The first once refusedan to connect me to a supervisor and they have not even tried to find a solution I asked if they could ship out a new one and they said no I asked for a refund and they said no. They are very unhelpful and should really be retrained.
So here is an update... you responded after I gave my acct info saying you would look into it... and I have sat in your "live chat" for 30 minutes without anyone helping me... i sat on hold today for 30 minutes with ur operator manger and all I have found out is "they dont know" so... do I need to find ANOTHER costume or is that one still coming? Will I have it by next week? What happened to my refund for the first costume? What happened with the 2 cans of body glitter and the red lipstick? Is that stuff still coming ir do I need to get a refund on that and buy it again elsewhere? I work really hard for my money for the stuff and my money to just disappear. I have visited alot of spirits but the store Manager and her son have to be the worst employees I ever came across. Very rude and unprofessional. MaryAnne needs to get off her high horse and learn to Manage her team especially her son John. Which I think is unprofessional of Spinit Allowing even if they have been grand fathered in family shouldn't be managed by family.

Was Told that the store was Open 10:00am - 6:00pm. Drove 20 minutes to the nearest store and the doors were locked so we called the store and their lines were offline. Then I tried to leave a review somewhere else and it wouldn't let me so I'm fuming rn.

I ordered 2 t shirts in SEPTEMBER and never got a single email or anything telling me where it is, AFTER Halloween I called them because I still didn't get my items, they told me on the phone that my item was brought back to a warehouse in the beginning of October and a refund was intended to be issued.
I've called every week, and I get the same answer, I still haven't gotten my refund or anything, no emails telling me about what's going on, NOTHING, even if there's a bigger issue that I don't know about I'm starting to take this terrible service personally.
I'm downright being ripped off, spirit Halloween has essentially STOLE money from me, once I can figure out how I'm getting my money back I'm NEVER buying from their website again
Bought a purple fire and ice spotlight on-line. Plugged it in when I put up my outside decos and it lasted less than one hour. Several days ago "customer service" said they would send another and I would have notice of that later that day or the next day. Obviously NO notice and NO replacement. Was not given the option to return for refund and they told me to "throw away" the bad one. Also known as the evidence! WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS?

Like many others, I preordered the Hocus Pocus Funko Pop figures during Spirit's first round of ordering available. Fast forward to after the expected date of 9/30 that I was given, and I asked for an update, as my order states "in process". I was told verbatim "it appears your order encountered a feed issue between our system and our warehouse." And the only "remedy" is for my to cancel my first order and re order. Why can't my first order just be put back into the system? Also, if a business has an order that is stagnant for 3 months, why is it not checked on? The answer to that is they don't look at orders unless asked. My mind is blown and how this company operates... and seeing how there are many of us with this issue for this specific set of items is incredibly suspect. I won't be buying from this place again. Nice sales tactics, Spirit. Hopefully Funko won't give you guys exclusives anymore.
Was told due to covid no changing rooms to try on costumes so buy it take it home if it doesn't
Fit Bring it back for refund or exchange so I took it home didn't fit brought it back now they have no costumes in my size and they will not refund my money because it's past there refund date I bought it after there refund date. Poor management and rude to costumes when you try to return items my family and I will not be buying form spirt Halloween again.
