Rick was instrumental in helping us purchase our first Infrared sauna. We are extremely happy with the quality and ease of building. The spa includes lighting and an awesome stereo cd player which is awesome for our spa cds. The service and response time was also impeccable. I will recommend their quality products to everyone!

I've spent over $10,000 for 2 units and this place is an absolute disaster. Rick, the managing partner, will call and yell at you if you hint at disputing credit card charges for non-fulfillment. My husband listened to him on speakerphone with his jaw on the floor. I still haven't gotten the units I ordered in February and they've stopped responding to inquiries. I fully expect him to see this and start yelling at me.
Used the sauna for the first time last night. Easy to put together and amazing product! I wanted to say that Rick was very helpful and when I picked up the sauna with my pick up truck they helped me load the packages and supplied tie down straps for my safe journey. It was a long wait but it was worth it. Great Sauna!

We received our salt wall. It was tightly wrapped and delivered by Forward Air their shipping partner. We had a construction project related to the room the salt wall was being delivered, so we waited to have it unwrapped until we were to install the new salt wall it respective room. Once opened the salt wall was delivered cracked down the middle with a missing electrical component. After numerous calls to the company they took no blame for the crack and filed an insurance claim with the delivery company they utilize. It's been over the 90-120 days since the claim and haven't heard a word. The owner is very dismissive with no offer to help in anyway. Buyer beware. Better off looking for another company. We acknowledge issues with any company but when you receive rude backlash from the owner and no offer to help it's very concerning.
The damage was claimed by the shipping company as soon as we got the notice, the issue is now with them and they will pay out in a few weeks in most cases. Please note once a claim is made, as with all insurance we simply have to wait for them. They will send you funds directly. Thank you hope this helps.

Nice sauna enjoys, the savannah is quickly becoming the best seller. Thank you again for your patience the lockdowns that are now over for the time being fingers crossed. I know your in Florida so just make sure to protect it when not in use and one way to keep the wood in tip-top shape is to clean it periodically use wood cleaner that one can find in hardware stores
