Beautiful lamp, good price for xxl size. The bulb that came with it, as well as an extra bulb that was included in a separate box do not work. I happened to have a nightlight bulb so that worked fine in the lamp, so no big deal. The shipping was impressively quick. Overall, I'd say I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I requested a salt bowl lamp for Christmas as a gift. The lamp arrived but the salt balls weren't in the box. Instead there were salt rocks, I called customer service - a really nice lady answered and she shared that the salt balls were on backorder... another shipment would be arriving in a couple of weeks. The salt rocks were complimentary due to the delayed shipment. She was extremely accommodating! Why only 2 stars? If she wasn't so nice, I'd rate as 1 star. The salt balls arrived (I received them a week and a half ago) but they don't heat! 1 ball (that sits directly over the lamp) gets slightly warm, the rest of the balls remain cool to the touch. I've heated the lamp for hours, with the same results. I called customer service last Friday (needless to say it was not a stellar experience). The gentleman proceeded to tell me that the salt balls don't heat! The lamp doesn't get hot enough! I asked him why it's advertised on the website that the balls can be used for massage and it's advertised that they heat up. He said he didn't know why but that the lamp is for looks, I have to find an alternative way to heat the salt balls... such as wrapping them in a hot wet towel. I'm pretty sure a warm wet towel will cause the balls to degrade faster. I'm very disappointed with this purchase - I wanted them to use on my muscle aches.
I finally received my Sauna after 6 months of waiting. I'm aware that there were shipping issues and the company moved from the west to the east coast during this time. However, no one returned any calls or emails during this time. At some point I felt like I was scammed and thought I was out $2000. Finally a couple mass emails were sent to customers waiting for products to ship with a promise to receive a $100 gift certificate. Finally got a call from Rick saying the Sauna was packed and ready for shipment. Awesome! Got my product and I will say it's very beautiful. One issue though, it was supposed to come with a foot detox himalayan salt dome and they sent a salt lamp instead and i didn't receive the $100 gift certificate. I emailed the company and got a reply (first reply ever) that they were out of stock. Ok that is great but COMMUNICATION would have been greater. I would have gladly waited for the product that was supposed to come with my sauna to make it a "salt cave". I ended up using the gift certificate that they sent after my complaint email to get bricks to adhere to the back wall so that the product was indeed a salt cave. The other issues I ran into were the instructions. The sauna came with an ionizer, which the manual is a joke. I had to look online to find out what it was and how to use it bc the manual is very generic. There were also zero instructions on how to operate the heating unit under the bench seat. The controls read O, A, B, C. I emailed the company again to ask what these functions do. Their response was, " a or b is the best ones to choose." This very generic response sent me on a mission to find on the internet anyone who may have a clue what these functions do. I feel the customer service for this company needs serious work. They need to have better communication and better knowledge of their products so they can explain how to use use them if a customer is confused.
Btw anyone (including Spiritual Quest Staff) needing clarity on how to use the bench seat heater:
1) A emitter (short-wave IR radiation): warms the body deeply, less the air and environment
2) B emitters (medium wave IR radiation): warms the body, less the air and environment
3) C emitters (long-wave IR radiation): heats air and environment.

Mam sorry but we do not know who you are your name listed here is not pertaining to any real customer, if you could kindly include your order number we would be more able to reach out. And we are sorry to hear of your frustration however any delays have nothing to do with us it is all covid lockdowns. (Shanghai Port was shut down for up to 90 days and is still not operating at full capacity) port congestion and supply chain issue your saunas were manufactured right away in the days after your order. Regrettably, we are at the mercy of other situations. For example one can expect delays due to factors outside our controls, we offer estimates and our estimates of 4-6 weeks are generally normal for arrival to our warehouse. One should note manufacturing is fast but the world is slow on shipping once it is in a container on a ship we have no control over the timing or delays.PS you don't put the bricks there they go on the floor, or the bench, the bench heater comes set to full-spectrum out of the box and does not need to be changed as well and each unit comes with a manual, the page online you ordered from has a manual attached and we are here m-f 9-5 to take calls, we have a 24 hr answering service and a support email system as well. Spent 2400$ for 2 person full spectrum and paid extra to have them install a 5G harmonizer this thing was loaded with everything I needed.
Freight came with papers to sign that had NOTHING about what was inside. The model numbers were no good because they don't list them on their site so there was no way to compare to what was on the box. So I trusted spiritual quest and Started to put it together only to Discover it was a 1 person (1,399) not loaded. They wouldn't take it back or make it right.they said it was taken off the pallet And told me to bad you signed for it here's 400$ go now away. So now I'm out 2k and stuck with a unit I can't use. Don't trust them. THEY screw up and you have to pay.
