Order was placed early January. If you are used to receiving concise communication afterwards, you can forget it. We were promised 6 week turn time, after finally reaching extremely rude and angry Rick, who informed me that it will be yet another 8 weeks, i requested cancelation. He told me that I'm not worth the time and hung up on me. Customer service is truly dead in this place. WTF Rick!?!?!? I'm in customer service, and would never treat clients like this! You wasted my time, and truly need some help in being a good person.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience ordering a salt cave sauna from Spiritualquest The sales and ordering processes were seamless, and the delivery was prompt. I wholeheartedly recommend their products to anyone in search of a stress-free buying experience and top-quality saunas.

LOL I love our sauna, the quality of the cedar is way beyond what we thought it would be like. The wood is sealed on the outside and naked on the inside. We hired an installer from thumbtack and we were sweating same day. The wife lives it. Happy wife etc.

I paid for the 2 person executive infrared salt cave sauna on April 29th 2022 and still have not recieved. I keep getting replies(excuses) ship is waiting to get into port will be at dock next week your unit is on this ship we are shipping your unit next week next week comes then it is another excuse but it has shipped or is shipping. Email after email is nothing but a lie. I was a regional director over 14 stores in the carolinas and we never gave such poor customer service. I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general for fraud and theft.

This was the third time I have ordered from Spiritual Quest. Their salt lamps are very unique and I originally ordered the sphere and the pyramid as gifts. When they arrived they were so amazing that I ordered some for myself. I love my lamps so much that this Christmas I decided to give my family, including multiple nieces and nephews, and my work family, salt lamps. I was able to order the bulk package and it made Christmas very affordable and...my family loved the lamps as much as I do. I ordered late (procrastinated at Christmas) but Spiritual Quest still got my lamps to me before Christmas. I cannot recommend this company enough. The qualify of their products is unbeatable. If you are trying to think of gifts for multiple age groups and very diverse people, salt lamps are the way to go. Spiritual Quest is just fantastic! Great people and Great products!

According to package of mini tea lights or Himalayan salt chunks that are drilled out with a tea light hole I got six of them for about $20 I think they arrived package really nicely protected all in one piece and they made the great greatest perfect little gift for my close friends and it fit my budget during the pandemic. We literally got six tea lights for about $16 plus a little teeny bit of postage and they arrived when I expected not mind-blowing or anything just got exactly what I ordered when I expected it.

From Sedona AZ we are blown with away the 6x4 salt walls, our contractor created a great support system to mount the walls. We had ordered the very first of this kind and finally we took some images. They had asked us for prints so we could share. We are a healing center and we had this size made custom, boy oh boy the walls are huge, and impressive. Thanks again to the Artists at SpiritualQuest. If you could see them in person there no way one could explain how intricate the manufacturing is, however the packing and shipping itself was masterful. I hope this reivew helps you guys, the walls are perfect. Thank Diana
