Splashkw

I recently celebrated my birthday with a Kew West cruise I will not mention which, because I believe that Splashkw is just a subcontractor who works for them. During the cruise, several pictures were taken of my partner and I. When we got off the boat, we were excited to se them. The photographer said, "Sorry I ran out of ink." I contacted the charter company, and was given a link to their website. When I went there, there were no pictures from that day, yet there were some from 2 days after. I contacted splashkw to see if any pictures for that day were going to be uploaded soon with no reply from them. I then contacted the tour operator, who was very helpful. A day later, photos from that day did appear on their website, but very few, and none of my partner and I. I once again asked splashkw if any additional pictures were going to be uploaded, and no response. A POOR way to do business.
