I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I purchased a sample of one of their conditioning hair masques. It does not work on semi-course wavy hair. It didn't feel very moisturizing.
Also, they charged me $111.55 a month later. I never subscribed to anything. I simply purchased a sample product.

Their "free samples" are never free. I'm going to be charged $50 if I keep their free product rather than return it within 30 days, and I have no way to cancel the order. Their customer service is a joke and constantly refers to their scam as "frustrating" without actually resolving anything.
UPDATE: My money was refunded after dealing with these people for the better part of a month, and they FINALLY unsubscribed me from their e-mails after a dozen requests for them to stop contacting me.
Will not EVER try to shop with this company ever again, and I strongly suggest no one even tries to shop with them in the future.

My 18 yr-old-son ordered the hair mask from an Instagram ad using the "Try before you buy" option. A POS hold was placed on his bank account in the amount of shipping ($5 range) and an additional hold in the amount of $100+. The order has an additional product (valued at $49ish) that he didn't intend to order. We immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order, but we were told they can't cancel it, and that he has to wait for it to be shipped so we can return it. Seriously? Less than an hour has passed on an INCORRECT order, and it can't be canceled? In addition, we couldn't find a phone number on their website to speak with a live person. Worst customer service EVER!

Be prepared to have a POS hold for the entire amount of purchase placed on your account, and expect poor customer service.

The product does not work. They want you to give it two to three months so that means you have to spend over $150 in order to see any results. Also they give you 30 days to try on the 31st day they charge your account will that means you do not get a full 30 days to try it you only get 3 weeks to try it before you have to send it back. And then they charge you the $51 and some change. Also I changed my payment amount because I'm no longer authorized on the one payment that I put in and they still charged the first account. So if I was you I would have second thoughts.

I got scammed by this company, after I saw their advertisement on Facebook, I order the trial for $5, (yeah right) I got 1 product that I didn't like, it claims to be all natural but the smell is of harsh chemicals. I was not going to order again, but surprise, surprise, they try to charge my account for $175.00 I immediately went on my mobile app only to find out they had already charged $175 and were trying to charge it again for an autorefill. I check the receipt and they had charged me for 4 products and 2 free gift that I never got. I tried and tried to get ahold of them without success, they only answered back when I threated to file a fraud claim with my credit card (that I obviously did anyways) They have cause me headaches and anxiety. Do not buy this product, even if it worked, its not worth the hassle!

Everytime I have to login my account, I still have to go thru my email n link thru my account. Why don't I just login straight thru the website since I already registered. And I purchased 2 items of V24, how come I only have 1 gift instead of two surprise gifts. Thanks

Bad experience with them. They said it was free but it's not. They took all the money left in my account and didn't tell me about my "subscription" before hand.

I ordered the hair growth treatment, the bottle came apart shortly after and I couldn't get the liquid out. A new bottle was sent and shortly after the spray pump is faulty and the liquid just squirts and runs out when trying to apply to my hair. I gave up. Too bad as I'd have liked to seen the treatment through.
They sent me a new bottle but it also ended up defective.

I was just looking at the product and I have my debit card on file. I don't even know how but an order was placed. I tried to cancel it right away but they told me it was imposible even if I do not order it. I am seeing all the reviews and it is the same response over and over. I think it is just an automatic response. I think they are stealing money from accounts. I am working with my bank to resolve this.

BEWARE! I was taken to this site from lL Makiage. I do not know if they are the same company but I am returning all products. The liquid collagen BURNED my face after 2 days of use. My eyes were swollen and my skin feels like I have a bad sunburn. I now feel like my skin is going to peel. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I am returning this crap and hope you all take all these bad reviews seriously before you end up looking like me. I've never had anything like this happen in the past and I do not have sensitive skin so this must be pure acid to have this affect. I still can't believe this happened.

I ordered a hair mask, collagen, and a probiotic. When I checked out the order dropped my hair mask and added a second bottle of the collagen. That's not what I was looking for. It increased my payout significantly and I can't get it fixed. Not ideal service.

I purchased the product, the summary at the checkout displayed $5, after checking my bank account, I was charged $5 + additional $165 even though the offer said - TRY AND PAY LATER. It's said it's Pre- authorization and it will be sent back in 1-4 days. And im like - WTF? - Where and how, did they assume that I'm letting them keep my money for 4 days for no reason without me authorizing. I wrote an email to customer suport and no answer. Total BS.

I bought the S24 Rapid Recovery Hair Mask after seeing the ads on Instagram and taking the "quiz". I made sure to keep an eye on my credit card so I didn't have any charges I didn't authorize. I didn't need to contact customer service so no problem there either.
This product was not the amazing miracle it was advertised to be, and the product packaging was quite deceiving, yes I read the content amount on the website, which says 4.4oz/125ml but the capsule inside the outer jar is so tiny.! I don't even know how that amount is correct (photo attached of jar containing 50ml of something else for comparison)? It was absolutely NOT worth $45! My hair wasn't any less frizzier than store brand conditioners I've tried.

I just order the product today purchasing was easy but when I get the product and start my journey I will give another update and post hopefully the product works on my skin and nails and not have me loose weight cause I just start gaining weight and not wanting to loose weight at all but we will see!

To counter all of the negative reviews. 1st if people READ the " try before you buy" terms in their entirety they would KNOW their card would get a pre authorization of the full amount of their try before you buy order which is a temporary hold that falls off 2-4 days or up to 7 depending on your bank- that amount IS put right back into your account. At the end of your trial period if you do not send what you do not keep back you will be charged. 2nd customer service by email has been great for me. 3rd IMO these products are top of the line amazing & in a little over 2 weeks now I see and feel a HUGE improvement in my skin! I love this company and am so very glad I found them! Blessing to all and remember just take the time to READ what YOU are spending your hard earned money on, it really is that simple!

This stuff is decent. Don't know if I'll ever purchase again. While you are rinsing it out it's hard to tell if it rinsnst out all the way. It feels like it puts a coat over your hair while wet I think that's why I couldn't tell if it was rinsnt out. Plus it doesn't have a scent. If leaves your hair with NO scent. I seriously like my hair smelling great after a shower. It did make my hair soft but I still have frizz.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I tried to send it back and cancel the trial and was told I couldn't and to try it for 20 more days. After the original 30 days was up I canceled my subscription but was charged anyway. Horrible customer service, if you use the chat service they say to email them and if you email them they say to use the chat service. There isn't ant number to call. I tried for 30 days every single day to get ahold of someone real and never did. The only time I was answered was by the chat bot when trying to cancel the trial and it responded with "sorry you don't like the product at this time we'd like to offer you 20 more days to try it instead of canceling" I said that I didn't want 20 more days I wanted to return it and get my money back and it didn't respond. I tried emailing and got no response. Absolutely horrible product. I saw zero results and ended up spending over $100 with the 30 day trial and the second refill they charged me with after I had already canceled.

I don't appreciate the way I am told I am authorizing only a free item, $5 shipping only (max pre-authorization) and then I find out after the paying the shipping (five dollars) that they enrolled me for a free trial without my permission which pre authorized $116 and states (after the "free" item has been processed to my debit card) that I have to return items or get charged, and in addition they added another full-priced item to their presumptive trial without informing me before the shipment.
If you're not watching your email, because you think you're fine with this five dollar charge, you won't find out that they're going to charge you at the end of the month until after they charge you. It might be long enough that it's too late for a refund.
I will never get this time back, and my time is very valuable. There should be some law that we can charge them for taking up our time with these fraudulent offers.
