I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I'm trying these products out for the first time. In doing so while placing my order I don't like that they tried to sell me every thing they make. Some items I refused at least twice.

Don't buy the charge in your credit card every month and they don't send the product, I am tired to try to call is a machine nobody answered. All the email lol never again

I am getting quite tired of having to send this company multiple emails just to figure out why I have not received my money back. It has been over 5 business days since I placed my order. The pre authorization fee should have been returned to my account by the end of yesterday according to the email I received from one of this company's employees. Your company OWES me $76.88. I have sent over 5 emails and absolutely no one has bothered to reach out to me, your customer. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. For the last time, why have you guys NOT returned my money? You were magically capable of having my order picked, packaged, and shipped out only TWO HOURS after I made the order. I know this because an hour after I placed the order for the "Try before you buy" I requested for my order to be cancelled. An hour after requesting the cancellation, your employee stated that the order was already in the process of being shipped. The reasoning behind my request to cancel was due to the fact that the company's website does not visibly display that it is a US website. I have given this company more than enough time and warning before having to do things the hard way. In the photos attached it shows the amount I originally thought I would be paying, until I found out it was a states website; $10 something for shipping and $58 max for the pre authorization fee. I got charged a bit over $14 for the shipping, and $76.88 for the authorization fee.

AMAZING! My hair normally thin.flat and dry had life again! I was afraid my hair would get greasy … nope! I put it on at night woke up with almost a dry shampoo effect. Really loved this product!

These people are scam artists! Please don't buy anything from them! The 5$ things is a way to get access to your bank info they will charge you some large amount instead of the 5$
No thanks, i'm trying to cancel my order and it is the hardest thing to do. A lot of shopping sites has a cancel my order button but this doesn't so i will not be coming back. Fix your site.

Their mango liquid collagen is an easy way to get into collagen but it is pricy for a 30 day supply. It still has that faint collagen taste that the mango just can't fully mask. It's more cost effective to buy collagen peptides in powder form ($23 for a 45 day supply of Orgain collagen vs. $49 for a 30 day supply of Spoiled Child), which typically provide double the amount of collagen and amino acids per serving than Spoiled Child. Powder collagen peptides lack the vit c component but I mix it with orange juice which fixes that. I wanted to submit a review on the Spoiled Child website about all this but I could NOT find a button to submit a review which is strange. Go ahead and get the flavored liquid collagen if you really can't stand the taste of unflavored collagen but know you're paying more than you should for the measly 5g collagen per serving.

Took 109.18 not the 5.30( free trail) they falsely market to obtain your card number then take your money. Illegal deceptive marketing to obtain funds illegally. Class action?

It does not work and they scammed my bank account, took my money and said they didn't get it. I confirmed with my bank they did indeed get my payment but they doubled the payment and took $172. DO NOT TRUST!

They were giving away samples on Facebook in which they said were free, now without telling me they charged my credit card $246, that is not free then they tell me if I keep it after 60 days and get a refund, at no point in time did they ever inform me that they charged my credit card that amount. They also have another order on the way but yet I received no notice about that either I will be disputing this with my credit card company I also received an email stating that my card will not be charged. So this morning I saw that I can get a bottle for free and then paid for it after I know whether it's good enough or not. So I said okay why not I can already see that the bottle is not a large size that they're trying to charge me for it's actually a small bottle that's hidden in a bigger jar. But I still figured hey let me give this a try. If I'm only going to be paying $5 for it what's the big deal for right now. But that is not the case at all because my credit card was charged for the full amount so the whole thing about them giving you the bottle for free until you decide whether you like it or not is bull crap! After that I decided okay now that I only have $3 left in my bank account I'm going to email all the help email addresses that I see on here to get a cancellation but of course all I do is get an email back saying that we can't get back to you right now but within 24 hours we might get back to you. Two different email addresses told me the same thing. I guess nobody works on a Saturday! Also I'm now noticing I didn't even get a confirmation email for my order somebody sent me an email though to let me know that they're taking all the money out of my account and it should only last for about 1 to 4 days which is bullcrap! It's been 7 days and my money is still not back on my card and I already returned the item after I received it.

I ordered the product. It was arriving late and I was leaving for vacation for two weeks. I did not have the opportunity for the full trial. I reached out to them directly and explain that their product arrived late and could they please extend my trial. They said No! At that point, I said, please cancel my membership. Even after two emails, and a few more, they were going to charge my credit card. I explain to them one more time the situation, and then they went on with their script. I did not want to pay for a month without having a complete trial. I asked them to please send me a shipping label immediately and not to charge my credit card. As soon as I receive the label, I headed off to the post office And snapped a picture and sent it in the email so they could see that the product was being returned. After a week, they sent me a promo gift card to try the product. There is nothing in this world I would do, then not give them my credit card once again. It is totally sad, that this was the experience I had. All the promo codes for $35 will not change my mind and I would not trust this company to give them my credit card again.
Use a prepaid gift card when making a purchase from this company to avoid being over charged and for wrongful automatic charges when you have canceled your free trial.

I haven't tried it yet so I will come back and give a review after I use it. THIS REVIEW is in response to the reviews I have read. Most of them are 1star because you got charged the full price immediately which I don't understand what the issue with that is because it CLEARLY states right when you check out that you will be charged full price but will be refunded within a few days just to make sure that you aren't trying to rip them off and you have the money to cover it. The product must be good though because all the reviews that are actually about the product are all 5 stars and some with pics and results. So obviously worth the money to try out.

I keep getting emails that they keep wanting me to tell me how their product works well I can't tell them if I have not received it but of course my credit card was charged or should I say bank card and I have an insufficient fund fee on there also so altogether it was $70 or some thing I never received
I've started having issue with my hair falling out, so I was trying to find a product to help it grow back. I found this place on instagram. The free trial period sounded good to me, and the reviews on the website were good, so i ordered. After I placed the order I just had this gut feeling that something was wrong. I was fully aware of the whole "placing funds on hold to prevent fraud" thing, but I still wasn't very happy about it. I went back online to find REAL reviews, and I found this website which confirmed my suspicions. Luckily I caught it early and called my bank the very next day to get a new credit card so they won't be able to charge me the giant amount (like $145). The charge did finally "fall off" but it took WEEKS not days like they said.
I FINALLY received the product today, after weeks of waiting and countless emails that say something like "we're so sorry but your package is delayed" etc. I do love the packaging and the concept could be successful if done correctly, but those are the only positives. The mask looked fine but the serum smells AWFUL. I sprayed it on my hand once to smell it and it made my asthma act up like crazy. I've been coughing for a few hours and I can't get the smell off of my hand. I don't think I want to put something that smells like straight up pinesol anywhere on my body. Needless to say I will not be using it. Steer clear and don't make the same mistakes I did. Always look for reviews outside of the product website itself before buying stuff like this.
