I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!

Hi! It can take some time for your scalp to adjust when using a new product or ingredient. We recommend you apply the product every other day for around 2 weeks and then gradually build up to everyday use so that your scalp can get used to it. You may experience some fallout or itchiness while your skin adjusts to the formula.
Additionally, all of our products are dermatologist tested and have passed clinical studies to confirm they are safe for sensitive scalps! To put it simply, our best-in-class products have been obsessively tested.

I've used Spoiled Child for a few months now for their collagen so I have a pre-existing account. A few days ago, I was clicking through a personalized email offer when items I had browsed (including duplicate items) were SECRETLY ADDED TO A CART – WITHOUT NOTIFICATION – AND CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TODAY FOR OVER $250 CAD, a full five days later. My browser history shows that there was zero activity on their website from the 12th of January until today, when I received the credit card charge notification and frantically tried to cancel the order. There was also absolutely no method of cancelling the order or contacting them apart from their email form. If you examine at the URL I visited five days earlier, there was an "upsellpage" tag in it (spoiledchild.com/my-account/upsellpage?id=...). Clearly this is some sort of scam they're trying to run on existing customers.
In a rage, I decided to cancel my auto-renewal and I was forced to click through 4 or 5 pages before I was finally able to cancel – each page had a "continue cancelling" option at the bottom in deceptively small font.
Based on the reviews here, this is standard practice on their part. I can't believe companies like this are allowed to stay in business.

I placed an order for the "try before you buy" package. Understood that I would not be charged until I decided to keep it. My account was charged $132+ immediately. You can't call so I emailed, told them I couldn't believe they charged my account immediately, I wanted a refund and do not want the product. I was told that they charge your account to protect against fraud. Who does that? They agreed to refund the amount, which took TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The next week I was charged $165+ for a "subscription" that I signed up for. Did not understand I did that. Again you cannot call, had to email and WAIT. They agreed to suspend subscription and refund in TEN BUSINESS DAYS. The next day I was charged $165+ AGAIN. I am now out $300+ and never tried the product and WILL NEVER try the product. You can VENMO, Zelle, ApplePay where you can call if there are problems. I now have to email and wait again for a resolution. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Let me explain what happened -- a pre-authorization was placed on your card (as stated at check-out). Not to worry, this isn't a charge! Pre-authorization is a fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to guarantee the safety of certain transactions. A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and will not be transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product. We can't refund the preauthorization as the funds were never actually withdrawn from your account, but I can tell you that preauthorization will fall off / disappear (this normally happens within 4 days from the order). You will not be charged for the full price unless you keep the product(s). Sorry about the confusion.
