I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!
I'm rewriting my review to match my experience. I'm a tad confused because after I reached out they responded within 24 hours. They wanted a screenshot of what I was seeing, and they eventually were able to charge my card. Not sure what happened, but after a day of hassle and reaching out, without updating, they were able to charge my card. Not sure what changed but communication should have been sent to me once they were able to complete the purchase.

So I wanted to try this out said to pay 5.99 try for 30 days then they will charge you well when I put my order in it took 107 dollars out I wrote them like write after I notices it they tell me there's nothing they can do well let's just say my bank is aware now and there putting a stop to it cause they even said it didn't look right so don't buy from this place you will be charged the full price in stead of 5.99

After I purchased the 30 day free trial I was checked in with a few times. I told them I hadn't noticed any difference and was encouraged that it would take up to 90 days to see a real difference. Of course this means the 30 day free trial is useless. I continued with the spray and all of a sudden my hair is worse than it was before. It was a little thin before I started the spray and now I have very visible bald spots. I'm worried to continue the spray.

This is the biggest scam I have ever gotten into. I bought the hair serum and it has not made any difference in my hair after weeks of using. I agree with the other reviewers as they advertise a trail period but drafted over $90 immediately. I try to be very cautious when ordering online, but I have to say this one saw me coming. I was a sucker. Don't buy this product. It doesn't work.

I ordered a trial of their popular hair serum. The website clearly stated that I would be charged $5.00 for shipping. They took $78.99 out of my bank immediately. The customer service had a bad attitude. Don't do it. They got me for almost 200 including overdraft fees.

Just found out today this company has been charging my debit card frequently I thought is was only once I wrote them to complain and nothing and here again my bank lets me know they have been doing it for a while love that they feel so confident to steal from people, we'll they are getting reported and thank god my back said that this company has been flagged before.

This company is huge scam. Complete false advertising paired terrible customer service. They claim you can test a free product and you will only be charged shipping but this is a complete lie and you will be charged in full. When i complained that this was misleading advertising they lied again and said the funds where not actually taken from my account and its a temporary hold to prevent fraud. Complete bs. The money was taken from my account and they refused to cancel my order. Such a garbage excuse for a company wish i read the 100's of terrible reviews before purchasing their crap.

Firstly, you guys charge me 160 dollars! Without a WARNING. Secondly, you can't refund it? Then why aren't you guys fulfilling your promise of 7 days delivery? Thats a false advertisement there. Summers my hair feels so dry and damaged kinda like straw. Winter weather is same way. Spoiled child conditioning mask is just the correction hopefully that will make a positive difference for me. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I cannot log in to my account. Their website says the system will send you a secure link, but it is never sent. I contacted customer service to suspend my subscription. I received an email from customer service stating that my refill was moved up to the following month but that she needed my billing information so her manager could change my password, and I have not heard back from them. The customer service agent asked for my consent so her manager could change my password. I followed up the next day and have not heard back from them, nor can I log in to my account. There is no phone number to contact customer service or a timeframe of when to expect to hear back.

Every time I have contacted Spoiled Child, their customer service has been awesome! They have contacted me quickly, and resolved my issues immediately. The product works great too. My hair is actually growing back! I'm a customer for life.

I paid the shipping and received the jar of what looked like gray, gritty sand. I tried it twice-NO difference was made-and cancelled. Was still charged and told that I didn't send product back in 60 day window and then charged again this month and have received nothing. Disputed it with my bank which is well worth the 90 dollars of my money they tried to steal for hair dirt. Oh and customer service responded with they'd give me a 50 dollar voucher for their products. Ha

As much as I can say the product helped my skin and nails and hair somewhat, it's not worth the frustration I have had to go through for the last two months trying to cancel. There's no telephone number that you can find anywhere. You email them and you don't get a response. I've emailed twice already and I am about to Dispute the charges since I now have proof that I have asked to cancel to no avail. I did not even sign up for recurring charges and recurring orders but somehow I have been receiving. Run the other way and find an alternative. If you are unable to have a telephone number to customer support, I would avoid. Buyer beware!

They charged my card for products I didn't even have. Then I contacted them, they said they did a refund and would take 2-10 days. After 10 days she said they didn't do the refund until 3 days after I requested the refund. (But the email said the date I originally called in, and not 3 days later) come to find out they put the incorrect billing address and my money was never coming to me. Now they won't respond to my emails at all. This is such an aw**************)ful feeling to be out close to 200$ for products I don't even have. Awful awful awful customer service. Plus to steal my money amd not give it back, what kind of business does that.

This is the biggest scam company. I saw their advertisement in Instagram with a FREE trail period but turn out it drafted me over USD$60 immediately. And they don't accept canceling order after your purchase. Don't make any order in shop or you will surprised with your final bill.

This organization asks for $5 to pay for the delivery fee of their free trial product. No such thing! This is how they get access to your banking info to start withdrawing hundreds of dollars from your account on a monthly basis.
They have no phone number to contact customer service, and our initial email correspondence when we requested a refund looked like a copy and paste job they did, they just switch the customer names.
Do yourselves all a favor. There are many products out there that can fulfill your expectations. Avoid this one at all costs!

The product which is a spray smelled up my bathroom and made it smell like chemicals, I have animals I don't want them getting sick or anything, the product doesn't work and I missed the 60 day trial even though they told me 90 and when I asked for my money back they offered me a credit. This stuff is amazing! My hair was fried a couple years ago. It's been difficult growing it back out since due to continued breakage. After 1 use of this on a Saturday and returning to work on a Monday, my coworkers raved about how good my hair looked and said it looked like I just had a Brazilian blow out. My hair also feels so soft and I have body now. It was lifeless before. Give this a try especially if you bleach your hair.(it needs this) I promise, you'll love it as much as I do.

They said they sent me the "free for 15 days" and if you keep they would charge you after that, later I got an email that this product only works after 90 days so why sending free for 15 days?!
I requested a cancellation and even then they keep messaging me every single day!

Took 2 payment out of my account after I told them to stop. Never got anything after 1st shipment that made my hair fall out. And keep never give refunds like they say they will. In my mind thieves and crap all around product not worth a penny let alone over 100 every time they hit my account I have already filled a report looking into further action against them.
